My w8fe and I brought our 2015 acadia in to get s9me things lo9ked at and they charged us 400 plus dollars and didn't fix any of them so disappointed in there supposed vip service. S9 much so that I will never recommend them to anybody that values Honest work and integrity. They are all about screwing over anybody that they can and then holding the vehicle ransom until the bill gets paid in full even if they didn't fix a xxxx thing. I will never do business with them again. 0 stars.

Rating you a 1 is too generous. We came to you with a need for a vehicle to get my mom back and forth to her chemo and radiation treatments. You sold a vehicle to us without transmission fluid in it. How do you service a vehicle and not check the transmission fluid? You took advantage of my elderly parents who are in a desperate financial situation. I do not recommend ANYONE deal with you guys. The negligence is clear, and no one is taking responsibility for it. The Kruse name is not a good one in my experience. I helped my parents secure a vehicle that broke down a week after purchase. The fact that you're willing to do nothing about your negligence is abismal.

Hi Michelle - we’re truly sorry to hear about your situation and everything you and your husband are going through right now. That’s an incredibly difficult circumstance, and we understand how important it is to have a dependable vehicle. I'm sure you remember distinctly how upfront we were with a vehicle that is nearly 15 years old and approaching 200,000 miles. It becomes very difficult to predict when or if major mechanical issues may occur, especially something as significant as a transmission failure. While we do our best to inspect and service vehicles, vehicles in this age and mileage range can have unexpected repairs without warning. We also want to clarify that at the time of purchase, it was disclosed that this vehicle has a rebuilt title and, as a result, is not eligible for extended service contracts or warranty plans that would cover a repair like this. Because of your situation you described, we recommended a different vehicle, and you insisted we move forward with the purchase of this one. We strive to be transparent about those factors so customers can make the best decision for their situation. That said, we never want a customer to feel left without support. Your experience matters to us, and we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly, review everything, and see if there is any way we can help moving forward. Service was okay but took quite awhile. When done, my car was not washed as requested, so I had to wait longer for them to take tge car back to wash. Service people are friendly.

Max, salesman at Kruse Motors was great! I was treated as a VIP and introduced to all staff at the dealership. I was welcomed as a loyal customer, but it was my first visit. Kruse had a nice selection of used Lincolns which was a surprise for a town the size of Marshall, MN. I will become a loyal customer as I was impressed with the staff there to include the service department. Even though it is a couple of hours from my home, I will make that trip for service and return for another deal when the time comes. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Ford or Lincoln check Kruse before anyone else. Thank you Kruse Motors for a pleasant experience in purchasing my next Lincoln.

Kruse motors is an absolute joke. They have no respect for their loyal customers. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them and this last vehicle, their salesperson convinced me to purchase this and that it was such a great deal and one month later I had two major problems go wrong with it. When I contacted the dealership, they told me that they would get someone to give me a call back and they never did. When I went to talk to the manager, they pointed me in the direction of Mike, who lacks some serious customer service skills. I am currently nine months pregnant and asked him, “What do they do for their customers when something like this happens? They are supposed to have checked the vehicle over and make sure there are no major issues. He then told me that it’s an as is vehicle and I need to take responsibility for my own vehicle and it’s not their problem. I told him realistically, if they had checked over the vehicle, there should not have been two major problems within one month of purchase, regardless of if it was a used vehicle or not, and that I have purchased used vehicles from them before and never had these issues. He told me that and I quote “well ma’am I’m not a bank and you need to take responsibility for your own vehicle since you purchased it.” He then told me that I could go ahead and write a bad review, but it’s not his problem that he won’t pay my bill as he’s not a bank. That was never asked of him, I simply asked, “What do you do for a customer when you sell them a vehicle and a month later you have two major issues when you sold them on the fact that it was a reliable vehicle?” As someone who was a very loyal customer to kruse and really respected their service, I will no longer be purchasing anything from them nor servicing my vehicles there. I also would not recommend to anyone that you purchase from them with that kind of service and disrespect for their loyal customers, especially through manager, Mike. Imagine if you were a first time customer how would you expect to be treated knowing that their loyal customers are treated with such disrespect?

Thank you for letting us know about your dissatisfaction. We know it can be frustrating when vehicles are purchased As-Is and issues arise 2 months after the purchase. However, causing a scene at the dealership and threatening poor reviews if we do not pay for repairs is not the best way to resolve issues. It would appear that both parties could've handled the situation differently. We will look into this matter further. Thank you.

I was fully prepared to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, but they refused to complete the sale because I declined their "Platinum Package." The manager who contacted me was irate simply because I chose not to spend money on a package I found unnecessary. I cannot recommend this dealership, and I strongly advise against being pressured into purchasing the so-called "Platinum Package." It felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine value.
