Gaston Chavarin, a salesman who goes to bat for customers
This review is for Gaston, the salesman and new car manager at Kendall Chevrolet who went above and beyond to serve us after we bought a 1500 Ram from him in 2018. He did a superb job of negotiating the deal for us and then told us to let him know if we ever needed help with anything in the future. These were not just words or empty promises. We had trouble with the transmission and Gaston made sure we got the repairs needed. Then this year the third brake light began leaking, letting water into the cab and we went back again, and again Gaston helped us even though our warranty didn’t cover leaks or water damage. He got authorization to pay for almost all the repairs and damage, which helped us out immensely! He is one in a million as a salesman and someone who goes way beyond our expectations in making sure we are satisfied with the truck we bought. We will be buying our next car from him because he truly stands behind what he sells!

GMC Acadia 2009 Repair
I had my vehicle taken in to the shop on 1/30 it wouldn't start, so had to have it towed. The person I worked with was super friendly, she told me that my vehicle would get in right away. Come to find out that it didn't get started on until the following Monday morning, even then there were 3 call ins so it was the end of the day before anything happened. I felt like it was just one thing after another, and it was. I just got back my car yesterday 2/11/20. No loaner that you guys offer, so I had a rental, super spendy. I also understand why you guys have a case manager per customer but when you want an update on your vehicle and that person is busy why cant another tech or person like, give an update? That was frustrating for me when I would call in. I brought my vehicle in two weeks prior to when this last visit was because of a service light coming on, and they couldn't even find the issue when it was in. I received a call from my case manager at the end of the service from my last visit and he said that the light had came on and they could go after the problem for another 150, plus what ever was wrong. Why didn't they just dress all the issues together with the first diagnostic run? I denied that part and took back the car because when I had called later in the day they again had not looked at it and I would have been the next day until they could get to my vehicle.

Great Experience
I bought a gently used vehicle there and appreciate the care I was given throughout the process. Michael Cesena in sales and Michael Conrad in finance were professional and genuine in their approach. As a woman buying a vehicle by herself, that was important. I would recommend this dealership and the Michaels to family and friends. I love my new suv! Thank you all.

Smoothest transaction I've ever had!
We purchased a used GMC Acadia at Kendall Chevrolet today and it was the smoothest auto buying transaction we have ever had. We live 3 hours from Eugene and put the deal together via email. Cole Phipps went above and beyond in my opinion to get us a great deal on both the car we purchased and our trade-in. When we finally got down to Eugene to complete the purchase, Cole had the car ready to go. And the paperwork process with the finance manager, Michael Conrad, was painless, unlike experiences we have had at other dealerships. Absolutely NO complaints from us about anything!

over all very satisfied. customer service is great. One area that I think could be improved on is the detailing of a new car when it is purchased, such as cleaning windows inside and out . Wiping down the exterior and cleaning off the build up of moss and alga from the door jambs, roofs and areas that don't show up on a casual look, Under the hood and tail gate.

Super happy with the entire process. From the beginning, they were honest, didn't do the whole back and forth thing. We got the car we wanted at the payment we wanted. Had the best salesman ever who answered every question. Ask for Eric Johnson. You won't be sorry.

UNSETTLING
If you do the financing for the vehicle you purchase with Chevy be aware that they LIE about your interest rate to try and include a warranty you may not even want So they can make more money! (NOT SURE HOW THIS IS EVEN LEGAL) When they ran my credit and sent it out to some financing companies , Chevy dealer told me I was approved but i was shocked when they told me my interest rate so I called the bank that i was approved with and was informed that my interest rate was actually just about half of what Chevy had to told me. ALWAYS ALWAYS CALL AND CHECK WITH THE FINANCE COMPANY YOU ARE APPROVED WITH THROUGH THE DEALERSHIP TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT PULLING ONE OVER ON YOU! Its some Shady dealings , I would classify it under a scam that some how is legal to do SHAME ON YOU CHEVY FOR DOING THIS TO PEOPLE

Kendall Chevrolet - LOVE our "Pearl"
Kudos to Kendall Chevrolet, Kim Bryant and Michael Conrad for making the buying experience of our 2018 Malibu Hybrid such a pleasant one. We were out of state buyers - not only was the buying experience pleasant, they had the best price/value for the car that we wanted. From our initial contact with Kim in discussing the car remotely to meeting both Kim and Michael in person when we picked up the car in Eugene, they made the entire buying experience a positive one. They also knew we had had a long drive to get to the dealership plus we still needed to drive back - we were in and out of the dealership in less than 15 minutes. Kim was kind enough to get us some coffee and water for our return trip. Definitely if the need arises in the future, we would consider Kendall Chevrolet for our car buying needs. As an added bonus, Kendall not only carries Chevrolets but other car makes as well. Thank you Kim and Michael! We just love "Pearl"!
