Express oil change

Timely processing of service preformed. Experienced and friendly staff seem happy at the new location. Great waiting area In new location. Clean, inviting and spacious.

Great service

The staff members at Subaru of South Hills , PA. From contact person: Robery, road driving show,:Dan, sale manager: Anthoany, general manager, financial person: Mike and other staff members we met, they all are so nice and preffessional! They did an excellent team work! They made the shopping environment so relaxing and enjoying! I highly recommend this dealership!

My complaint is it toke 5 1/2 Hr. for a oil change and Pa. state insp.

2019 Outback

Extend warranties available could be explained better, it is quite confusing on how the pricing is shown for each option, and how each option reflects the final price. The form used to explain these options has the same price for all five options even though you are deleting some options with each choice. A may through explanation would help in this area. This is the only area I felt needs attention, overall the whole experience was very customer friendly and made you feel your business as a buyer was very much appreciated.

Re-call Service

First time at badly needed new location. Longer drive for me, but we’ll worth it. Excellent experience. Service representative couldn’t have been nicer and knowledgeable.

easy and painless

I have never been a fan of being ask to review people service or businesses. That said I would recommenced South Hills and Mike Kyle based on my experience without hesitation; personable, helpful, knowledgeable.

3 days for inspection

I dropped off my car the day before for an inspection. I am giving this 3 stars because they provide a loaner car. However, it took me 1 hour and 22 minutes to get to their new location in McMurray from work. When I showed up the next day to pick up car, after 4:00 pm, it was not done. I was given the option to wait while they installed a new exhaust system. I declined. So, I had to drive back the next day to pick up the car. That is a total of 4 hours driving time just to drive there. That doesn't even count the 3 drives back home. So, add another hour, for a total of 5 hours over 3 days. And they used to at least vacuum the car. Now it appears that they don't even do that.

great service

I came in for service what a great new facility. It takes me an extra 29 minutes but it worth it. I have 3 people greet me with a smile. Great staff. Mr Nutter went out of his way to welcome me his staff was great also. Thanks for the great service.

Excellent Used Car Buying Experience

Just wanted to give a hats off to Anthony Paolillo for the excellent used car buying experience my son and I had as my son purchased his first used car being a Subaru Crosstrek. He is very excited about the car and was very appreciative of Anthony's patience and help in making a deal that worked within his budget. I think Anthony went above and beyond the call of duty and I'd be happy to repeat or recommend him to my friends and family to also receive the same customer service. The new location in the South Hills is very nice and easy to access.
