My son was going to purchase a Honda for me and we went to test drive it after waiting on the dealer/ salesperson . I first took it for a test drive I'm very hear of hearing mind you but within a block of leaving the car lot the vehicle was making a loud whining / humming noise. I pointed it out to the dealer/ salesperson who tried avoid me talking by pretending to be busy on his phone ( strike one) when he finally did address my concerns , he basically reached over and turned the a/c up as if that was making the noise. To which I replied no it gets louder as I pick up speed he acted as if he couldn't hear a noise. To which I said I'm very hard of hearing and I can hear it loudly. He then turned off the a/c and listened saying oh it's just the power steering being tight it will stop the more it's driven ( stroke 2) I quickly made a loop and went back to the lot , asking my son to test drive it also, again the salesman told him the same thing. My son was supposed to finish the purchase the next day but decided to listen to someone who knows this car lot is not a good place to buy from. After seeing all the reviews we will not be buying from Hoyle auto ( strike 3 )

Sold me a rust bucket so bad underneath parts were rusted into! Terrible experience. And when I stopped payment on check Dustn Houston threatened to charge me with a felony. After many phone calls of him harassing me, he finally came to my house and picked up the rust bucket. One of their adds claim they have a+ rating with the BBB and BBB says they are not a member. A truly bunch of crooks, stay away from them far, far away!

I ran out of gas in front of hoyle auto sales carson saw me standing on the sidewalk asked if i need some help I told him what happened he didn't hesitate to help me. Thank you for all your help

Not a good jeep not what described to be in add at all for the price i paid for it.alot was wrong with it.had to pay out an extra blll of 3000 dollars to fix jeep.i feel i got lied too about the price it should have been Better be careful he will screw you on price if he can

Bought a truck for 8600$ it said mechanically sound and was not. Couldn’t even get it home. Turns out it had a blown headgasket. Do not buy from here. They sell crappy overpriced vehicles

STAY AWAY! Bought a Nissan from them and paid more for fixing everything than I paid for the truck itself, all within a couple of months of purchasing. Bought their crappy warranty and didn’t hit the 30 day and 1000 mile waiting period and had to replace the transmission, radiator and thousands and thousands of dollars out of pocket. Haven’t even put 2000 miles on it and engine light on again! Should have researched before I bought here, but I assumed that they are a reputable dealership, but I was wrong. Run, run, run away!

Just bought a 2017 Impala at this dealership. Kenneth the salesperson was real easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.
