I was amazed at how friendly and helpful they all were. The one thing that I appreciated was Chris McCauley made sure that even after my initial visit three weeks prior to this purchase he continued to follow up and let me know all upcoming specials and sales. Not only that he also suggested several things that were helpful.He was very straight forward and let me know the things that would hinder me in any way. I will be more than happy to continue service in the future even after I have completed my payments. I would encourage anyone who wants friendly service and honesty to purchase a vehicle through them. Sonny was also amazing. Even though this was business he also provided honest answers and suggestions to help me. It feels good to go somewhere and people care. Being a "First Time Car Buyer" at 19yr, (after having the engine blow up in my first car) had me nervous. No credit, not much money to put down. I went to CAW after visiting another used car lot in town that I had test driven two cars that basically fell apart before getting out of the lot. Kiki came out right away to answer any and all of my questions, friendly and sweet as could be. I needed something Affordable and Reliable! She walked me through every step of the way, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. (after the bad experience of the other place) I drove my new beauty off the lot the next day!
