A good service experience, as always. We purchased our Jetta new in 2005 and have been very happy with it. We have had all of our service done with DePratu (now Whitefish) even though it is about a 2 hour drive each way. We have always been treated well and fairly and certainly wouldn't make a drive of over 200 miles if that were not the case. Office staff has always been knowledgeable, courteous & helpful. Thank you!

Repair

2010 Explorer got from you used. Needs to have warranty work done. When checking out problem found bigger issue with brakes. Brakes fixed and will get other taken care of later this week.

Good experience. No complaints.

Everything was good. Really appreciate the Ford Veterans and internet cash value certificate and your willingness to apply them. It closed the deal for me. Also, I have nothing but the highest praise for my salesman Danny Ortiz.

Oil change, lube and tire rotation.

First oil change and lube on our new F-150 Lariat. Very good and friendly service and the truck was completed on time. We plan to continue with Whitefish Ford vehicle service in the future.

Not sure what you want here &/or why

Was a good experience. Even took out the subwoofer for us free of charge (was just 2 bolts but.......) so we could put our storage tray under the full seat.

Great buying experience

Best truck buying experience I've ever had. Very courteous and knowledgeable salesman! No pressure sales. The whole event was smooth and professional including the Finance officer.

Smooth and easy

An easy drop off and service. They fit me in on short notice because I had a trip planned driving the car. I didn't end up taking the car that they serviced. I left it in their parking lot all weekend and they didn't hassle me at all. Marsha took care of arranging the service in a very professional manner. Thank you Marsha.

Excellent service, hassle free purchase

We drove in from out of town to look at and purchase a vehicle we found on online. Micah was so helpful and so prepared to show us the truck, answer all of our questions, and get us back on the road in a timely manner. I really appreciated his attention to detail, and his attention to our need to make our purchase quick and hassle-free. We love our truck and we would definitely come back!
