Great Service

Troy already knew exactly which truck we would want before we even got to the dealership. After having helped us buy our last truck six years ago he remembered our taste and what we'd want in our new vehicle. But he let us test drive a few options and gave us the low down on all the new features in the F-150's to make sure we made the right choice. We LOVE our new truck (F-150 FX4 Lariat with Ecoboost). We've recommended numerous family members who have bought new vehicles from Troy and will continue to do so! Jim was also great with helping get our paperwork done. We had a few bumps with our AZ plan pin but he was patient and never made us feel bad - even after we kept them until after 8pm on their Friday night! Great customer service all around. Thank you! Thank you!

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP FOR A VEHICLE

We got excellent service purchasing our new Ford F250. Our saleman Troy, was very help full in showing us the vehicle we wanted and getting all the paperwork done in a timely fashion.. he made a couple follow up calls to us to see if we were happy with the truck and needed any more help. Good intentions, but techs need to be more alert

Well, I came in to have a new key made for my 2000 VW Jetta VR6 manual. Unbeknownst to me, this meant that ALL keys would need to be completely reprogrammed. I don't think people expect that to add a key, all the keys need to have their programming changed. In my case, this would include the key that was under the dash in the remote start system. Any alert tech could determine whether a car has a remote start system by either 1) asking the customer, or 2) looking for indications of a remote start, such as an antenna on the windshield--which is commonly part of many remote starts systems. In my case, there is a fat antenna on the windshield. When the old and new key were reprogrammed, what was left out was the key that was under the dash in the remote start system. Subsequently, the alarm would go off and my remote start would not function post reprogramming. To fix this issue, I visited the shop that installed my remote start. There, I learned that the key under the dash needed to be included in the reprogramming, and until it was reprogrammed with the rest, the car would behave as if I was not authorized to use it. The shop extracted the key, and I returned to WF Ford to have the keys reprogrammed. It was a pain in the butt, besides being a black guy who looks like I was trying to steal my own car. My hope is that WF Ford compensate their techs enough to have them expect themselves to be alert to details such as whether a car has a remote start that may involve a key under the dash. An antenna on the windshield of a manual transmission might tip them off. Or they can just ask. This sort of attention to care would make a big difference in a customer's experience. At the end of the day, WF Ford reprogrammed the key that was under the dash (probably all three keys) without cost, which I appreciated. Thank you. All this fix costed me was valuable time and some patience. I appreciate WF Ford doing what it could to make it right.

good work

Service department was right on our recall repair. Although the repair had been done on an earlier service (my bad), they gave the car a check over and washed it, all at no charge. We love this dealer!

GREAT SERVICE!

THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. MY OIL CHANGE WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MATTER, PLUS THEY WASHED MY CAR.

great, caring service and very helpful

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 from the dealership and then brought it in a few weeks later to get a tow haul brake control put in. Both the buying experience and the service experience were great. Troy the salesman for my shopping experience and he was very patient with me as I had very little idea of what I wanted. I think I was out there four or so times before finally making a decision, and Troy helped me every time, and was even very helpful over the phone when I would call to get information, or when he would call because he saw a vehicle come onto the lot that he thought might suit me. Overall it was a great experience. With the service everything went off with out a hitch, the part was the factory one that I wanted and it only took and hour for them to install the piece.

repair a paint flaw

I would say it was okay the job was done of the Whitefish ford property It was done buy a different business which I would give a 10 out of 10 for service and friendliness
