tiarra direnno

I like the people at the dealership,very friendly and knowledgable,but my sales rep Tiarra Direnno wasthe best car sales rep i ever dealt with .She was smart,very knowledgable of every little detail of the vehicle.She was always happy and did try to push me in a polite way to add more options ,but a perfect mix of doing her job and not pushing too much

2016 Ram 1500 lease

We came to Bill Volz's Dodge because of the terrible follow up from the dealership we currently purchased a 2012 Ram 1500 lease with. With too many trips to the dealer, no straight answers and no solid information in writing we decided to leave and try out Bill Volz's Dodge for a solution. With very low expectations at first because of the current treatment we received from the other dealer we were soon finding ourselves presented with quick solid answers, multiple choices for our specific needs and finally the best option which turned out to be a new 2016 Ram 1500 lease deal that suited all our needs including budget within 3 days of the initial call. Call it luck or chance but all we know is that we went from confusion and disappointment to pure joy and satisfaction with the entire process Bill Volz's Dodge presented us with. The entire team helped to make this a very smooth lease transition and in the end exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend buying or leasing a vehicle from Bill Volz's Dodge.

Lousy, Always an excuse

Purchased a used Ram 1500 with low miles, got a great price!.....then it all went south. The day arrived for me to pick up the truck, it was filthy, inside and out, also the radio antenna was missing. I was told I could come back "tomorrow" to have the vehicle cleaned....really???!!! The time arrived for a spark plug change..., so I made an appointment and dropped off the vehicle in the AM and picked it up later in the day (OK price BTW). Upon inspection under the hood, I noticed a red piece of plastic on top of the battery, after looking for the source of the plastic I determined that it was a "tab" from one of the coil packs that sits on top of the spark plugs. When I showed the service advisor he said, "they break all the time" and "you don't really need it". He said I could have it replaced but that I would have a splice in the factory wiring.. Lastly, after my last oil change, the oil pan bolt was only put on "finger tight"....oil all over my driveway, dealer said "sorry", fixed it myself....stay the EFF away from this place!!!! Sad part is that I still have 2 free oil changes left....Gonna try Arroway for the air bag recall.

Outstanding in every detail....

My daughter and son-in-law recently were deciding between car dealers to buy a 2015 Grand Cherokee. The single reason they went with Volz was the relationship and confidence they experienced working with Tiarra DiRenno in Sales. Being the "Dad" I am always skeptical when I hear these stories but I also wanted a 2015 Jeep so I contacted Tiarra by phone while I was on traveling on vacation. After owning more than 10+ new cars in my time and dealing with so many dealerships including Mercedes and BMW, I was amazed how this young woman had the seasoned professional attitude and sales knowledge of someone 10 times longer in the business. On top of that she was so pleasant and unfrazzled with the crazy paperwork my circumstances required as I live in both CT and NY but Tiara handled it all with with charm and calmness. If you are looking to buy a Jeep at a great competitive price then go to Tiarra. If she moves to another dealership then go with her !!

Great salesmanship. Very friendly.

I recently purchased a used car from the Bill Volz dealership. Salesman Tom Katz and manager Joe Tucker made it a very pleasant experience. They were both very friendly and helpful.

My 2016 Wrangler Purchase

I have been dying to get a Wrangler...Bill Volz made my dream happen! I got the car of my dreams and was in my budget too. Joe Tucker the finance guy was great! He worked very hard in getting me approved and got me to leave in my new truck. My sales person, Chris Marschhauser was a pleasure to work with as well. I want to thank everyone at the dealership for making me the happiest girl in the world! I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
