From the time we contacted the dealership to the moment we picked up the car, everyone we dealt with on the phone and at the dealership was very friendly, helpful, attentive, and professional. Our sales consultant, Chris M. went above and beyond to provide the best customer service ? he made it a point to make sure that any questions we had were answered, kept us updated on the status of the car before we picked it up, and followed up with us afterwards to make sure everything was fine. The Finance Manager, Joe T., was also extremely helpful and made the financing process quick and easy. We highly recommend working with this dealership. It was truly a pleasure!

From the moment we contacted Bill Volz's Westchester to the moment we picked up the car we had an excellent experience! My daughter needed a used car and found one on cars.com. We contacted Bill Volz through a chat screen. Josh called within minutes and we told him which car we were interested in. We went to see it and he had it waiting for us right at the door of the dealership. We test drove it, loved it but heard a little noise. Josh immediately said to leave it and they would take care of it, which they did. All the while keeping contact through phone and or emails. Anytime we had a question Josh would get back to us immediately. We honestly felt like we were there only customer. No fake people here! Everyone was very friendly and respectful and caring. I bought my 2015 Jeep Renegade from John Downey at Bill Volz of Westchester. From start to finish it was a great experience. They let me test drive several different Renegades so I could see the differences between the trail hawk and latitude models. John worked with me to find my perfect car and I couldn't be happier. The staff never pressured me to purchase any extras. I would highly recommend this dealership and John Downey to anyone in the market for a new car.

I went to many dealerships on my adventure buying a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Hard Rock. Some didn't know much about the vehicle others just brushed me off (due to the specialized nature of the truck). Bill Volt'z in Cortlandt Manor made me feel at ease trusting them with this purchase. Erich from the moment I got there took his time and we went over all the spec's tediously. After ordering the truck 6 weeks later I received a email from the sales manager. He told me the truck was in and went out of his way to find me the best financial rate. When I arrived the truck was sitting there all clean glistening and pristine. Erich went out of his way and left me two specialized thank you cards hidden in the truck. He thanked me for doing business with him and wished me luck on the trails. He went above and beyond and so did the staff. I usually don't leave reviews but I thought I would share my experience.
