I bought my 2013 Chrysler 300s at this dealership. I was met with exceptional service the minute I walked through the door. It took a few visits to make my final decision, and working with Erich Moeller made closing this deal simple and straightforward. He was honest throughout the entire process, and was not pushy about the sale. His follow up calls were convenient and at appropriate times. Joe Tucker also did a great job of walking me through the final paperwork. I would recommend Erich, Joe and the entire team at Bill Volz, especially if you are in the market for a slightly used model. The prices are fair and you will be treated very well. I've been bringing my truck to Bill Volz for service since I bought my 2012 Jeep. The service department is great...making an appointment with Dave & Chelsea is easy and Chelsea always has a smile on her face....The girls in the office are always friendly & courteous, it's always a pleasant experience. Joe Verde is honest and easy to work with & gets the job done :)

I brought in my old town and country for a new one and it was a very easy experience. I had a few extra things I needed and Erich got them done very quickly.

The folks at Bill Volz obviously know something about service and keeping a customer for repeat business. I've now bought two cars from them and am planning a 3rd. I dealt with Shari, who actually knew the product and got me a great price. Everything went the way one would hope and the whole staff there is professional and personable. You walk out wanting to work there! I bought a 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland and 2014 Wrangler. I'll now be buying a 392 or Hellcat Charger next and I wouldn't think of buying anywhere else. I especially suggest dealing with Shari, who knows cars and is very easy to talk to. She takes an interest in her clients and wants everyone to walk away happy. 5 stars, but it should be 10

I just purchased my 2015 Cherokee from Bill Volz Westchester. The salesman Chris M. was very professional during the whole process. They had a promotion going on the day I was scheduled to take a test drive and Chris arranged for someone else to help me while he was with another customer. After the drive Chris was very helpful in narrowing my search finally choosing between my vehicle and another model available. The car was ready when I went to pick it up. It was immaculate. Chris explained all the options in the car and I was go to go when I drove home. Mike, the sales manager, was extremely accommodating when one of the options I wanted was not available on the car I purchased. He made sure I was totally happy and comfortable with my purchase. Joe in the office processed all the paperwork quickly and professionally and did not try to "hard Sell" anything I did not want. Overall I am very pleased with my experience at Bill Volz Westchester and would recommend it to my friends and family.

The staff at the service center were all polite, honest and courteous. I had an incident with my jeep patriot. Joe, the service manager was hands on and took control of tbe situation promptly and efficiently. All were so respectful and thoroughly honest. Though I was not pleased the situation occurred the manner in which all was done to remedy the situation made the experience painless. My car is better for having been serviced by them.even after this incident I would thoroughly recommend this service department and dealer. Bottom line is It is most difficult to find a business these days that meets such high professional and ethical standards but this staff does. thank you ALL

I recently purchased a charger from bill volts they made the whole process simple and easy .my credit which I thought was in the toilet turned out to be not so bad they were able to get me financingat a reasonable rate.they also gave me a good price for my car as a trade in they made the whole process seamless and easy I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family
