I have been to many car dealerships and this experience was the best. Everyone was so helpful and worked together to make it a pleasurable and seemless experience. Chris, Joesph and Michael are fantastic!

We were fortunate to have Shari Roufberg as our sales person. She was knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to work with. Although we knew what we wanted going in, she offered many insights into our buying experience and we are very happy with our car.

My experience with Bill Volz dodge was nothing short of great. This is mainly because of Erich and his efforts which went above and beyond all the other Dodge dealerships I had visited. I was shopping for a 2015 challenger SRT for about a month. I had visited 3 other Dodge dealerships prior visiting Bill Volz. Honestly I forgot about Bill Volz but I had visited them in the past when I was inquiring about another vehicle with them several months earlier. It just so happened Erich had emailed me just to check in and see how I was doing and not to forget about him if I was interested in another car. I emailed him back and told him I was interested in a Challeneger SRT and what prices I had already received from other dealerships. Erich emailed me back a competitive price so I made an appointment to come in. Once there we agreed on a price that was even better than what I expected and blew all the other dealers numbers out of the water. The challenging part now was finding the car I wanted from another dealership to avoid waiting two months for the car to be built at the factory. Not only did Erich go above and beyond finding me a car from a dealership that was willing to give it up....but it had more options and a special phantom black pearl paint job that costs extra out of the factory. Even with the sticker price being more than what we had priced out my payments did not change. I had my SRT in about a week and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Thank you Bill Volz and Erich for getting me such a great car for such a great price.

I have been anxiously awaiting the new Renegade. Shari Roufberg has been wonderful in getting me the information I want. I'm willing to wait to let her find the exact model / options I want. I was looking to roll out of my lease early and into a new truck. I worked with Erich, explained what I wanted to do and what my budget was. We identified a truck available in their lot and he worked on crunching the numbers so they'd work for me. I'm now driving my new truck and love it. Erich was courteous and genuinely worked hard to earn my business. A pleasure to work with.

Got the car I wanted for the price i anticipated and all details were taken care of in a thoroughly professional manner. The entire process was enjoyable. The follow up details regarding an extra key and a "training"session to teach us how to set the car for flat towing were excellent.

I just purchased by second vehicle from Bill Volz. My first was a mini van ( Town & Country) which I used the service department exclusively for maintenance and repairs. The service dept is great, tehy have a comfortable waiting area and are pretty accurate on time estimates on completetion of work. When it was time to trade in the mini van I checked out what othe cars the dealership had to offer, based on my experience the sales people have always been helpful and not pushy at all. . Chris Marschhauser was my sales rep. He is pleasant, informative, attenttive, but not pushy. He made the whole process very easy. I test drove a few cars and ended up with the Chrysler 200, which I love. All in all, happy with my experience and my purchase.

I gave John Downey the task to find me a Dodge Challenger with a SCATPACK and boy did he deliver!!! The purchase through this dealer is by far my best experience ever. John new exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. John Downey and Joe tucker from finance made it happen. I definitely recommend this dealer in particular these two guys.

Chris M. was a real pleasure to work with. Extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, even before I actually met him in person. Was able to locate any vehicle that I was interested in and was very transparent with regards to finding the right price for me. On the day of delivery, Joe T. and Eric M. did a teriffic job explaining all the paperwork and answering any final questions. It really was a painless experience and I absolutely love the vehicle that I am driving.
