Very pleasant and painless experience. I received a call to advise of progress and discuss an issue regarding alignment. Willy was very personable and efficient in the pick up and drop off of my Z4, aka the Princess.

Went in for an oil change. Was offered a ride home which I accepted. The driver spent time with me on the return to my car explaining features I didn’t understand. Very helpful! The car is running well.

Oil change was done in timely fashion. Service person overwhelmed me with all this work that should be done. Probably over a $1000. Did do the filter suggested. He did not insist and took no for an answer.

Well done on a recall airbag replacement. Turnaround was quicker than expected. The service manager was very personable, I assume it was service with a smile, assume, he was wearing a mask for Covid protection. All, well done.
