My sales person Sammy was wonderful to work with. I live out of state and he was able to gather all the information I needed before I came to look at my car. He was prompt with communication and so easy to work with. I did not feel pressured at all at the dealership. Which was much appreciated. My finance person Donaven was also great to work with. He answered all of my questions and took his time explaining all the details. Thank you so much for helping me with my dream car.

Service is normally outstanding but with the new process due to Covid however on drop off and pick up I feel the wait was excessive. Please be mindful that people are sitting in the hot sun.

Your service advisor associate(John)was very helpful and professional. The service techs dropped the ball. I think work was done that was unnecessary. Your service advisor only advise what the techs advise. Advisors were great, techs "not so much".

We base our repair recommendations on fault code memories, diagnostic test plans, observed symptoms and published service bulletins provided by BMW. Your vehicle arrived with an unknown history and multiple vehicle fault codes stored. Diagnostic test plans and known service bulletins were followed and unfortunately, multiple repairs were necessary. We apologize for not fully explaining this and any miscommunication that happened during the consultation with your advisor.
