Courteous staff

Friendly and courteous fast service very professional enjoyed the free snack and drinks very comfortable waiting room a pleasure doing business there. The three servicemen were very knowledgeable and polite best dealership I’ve visited for sure.

Lack of Customer Appreciation and Poor Service

I've owned BMW's for almost 25 years, I got a 5 series from this dealership for the first time 2 years ago. Customer service does not represent the BMW brand based on my prior experience. They do not take good care of their customers. They messed up on registration and state inspection (put on a sticker that did not belong to my car) and tried to blame me for the problem and weren't helpful in trying to resolve this issue that they created. NYS DMV warned me it was a major liability that needed to be fixed. The service manager and general manager were rude and need to be trained on how to deal with loyal customers that pay a premium for cars and expect good service. I am never going back to this dealership ever again!! Beware of doing business with them!! They don't deserve to be a BMW dealer!

BMW of South Albany, when made aware of this clients concerns reacted immediately to correct the situation. Including not only re-inspecting their car but also writing a letter to the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles to assist in correcting the registration error. If any additional assistance is needed, we are more than happy to help with the solution.

BMW of South Albany

These guys are spectacular to say the least. I've always purchased cars from the "other" dealership in Albany, but switched to South Albany for my latest purchase. Luis Pabon is simply the best out there, no beating him. And he is supported by a great crew of sales and service people, including Brad. Good job guys!
