The car was prepared by Joshua and delivered to me in Massachusetts by Karen and Bob. The entire team has done everything they could to make the whole experience enjoyable. Great people. I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW South Albany and was very disappointed in the service and leadership. Sales representative did a good job communicating with me throughout. I advised I was taking a day off from work driving 3.5 hours to buy the vehicle. Waited on tires to be delivered from UPS. I was supposed to pickup vehicle up at 11am then switched to 1 pm. When I showed up no one knew who I was and/or what was going on. Kelly tried her best to assist. We went to lunch came back and again no one knew what was going on. Tires came in advised to put them on and vehicle then wasn?t detailed. One saving grace the F&I manager was sincere and helped get us out the door quicker. I have purchased many vehicles over the years at multiple dealerships and have never received such poor service and a terrible buying experience. Moving forward hopefully ownership takes surveys and ratings serious And implement some customer service training.

Yes indeed I?am total satisfied with the repair done by BMW of South Albany. I would especially like to mention the technician Bill McDowell who found the problem. The problem he found was not the original one the car was brought in for. The service advisor, Brad Korzatkowski, was very helpful in recognizing that the problem was still covered under the warranty. The techs could let this go because my warranty would expired soon. They were honest...

Trying to get my leased BMW serviced and made to feel like I was pestering them. Long appointment times provided and no loaners are ever available. Paying for a lease that I can't drive because it is being serviced. I likely won't buy from here again
