Liz Denby is one of the best sales people I've ever worked with, and this is from someone who has been looking for a new car for over 2 years! She made the buying experience, from the initial introduction at the dealership to completion of the purchase order a fantastic experience. Liz's strong knowledge of the products BMW offers coupled with her no pressure attitude made this car purchase fantastic. Thanks Liz and Dmitry for all your help, you were both fantastic to work with.

Jack was fantastic. He was very helpful not only with completing the sale but with anything else that may have been needed. He gave me his cell phone number and asked that I call if I needed anything. When I did mention a problem, he took care of it immediately. Once the pricing was finalized, Joey did a great job of getting us in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. He tried to get in his up-sale items, but when I said no, he was never pushy about it. This is my third vehicle purchased from Richmond BMW, all in November, not sure why that is, but I always enjoy to experience. The service department has always been good to me as well.

DeAngelo and his colleagues at Crown Mini Richmond were...

DeAngelo and his colleagues at Crown Mini Richmond were professional. Even though my vehicle didn't arrive in time, they gave me a brand new loaner car to use until mine arrives. They also helped me get suitable financing even though I'm new to the country with no credit history. I recommend dealing with Crown Mini.

This was the worst service I have ever encountered in my life, it would appear that the staff of the parts department don't know one part from another, after 3 trips and 3 months I gave up.

Anton Kulay, the sales representative, had a detailed knowledge of the product line and a low pressure approach to the sales process. I recommend him without reservation. The rest of the dealer team was equally helpful and professional. The dealership is immaculate and welcoming.

Dee was absolutely amazing, extremely helpful. I test drove the car, Dee explained each and evrything fabulously. I couldnt be more happier with my purchase and the whole experience. Anything i needed Dee was available the whole time, even after the purchase i called and he told me everything i needed to know. He is a grest asset to your company!

I shook hands with a few people around the dealership, but I don't remember any of their names. However, Dee was amazing. I test drove the car one day. I called a couple days later and Dee got the car ready to go, my wife and I were in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half, signed, sealed and delivered. The car was detailed very nicely. I was impressed with the whole process. But most importantly, Dee was a superstar and provided top-notch customer service. A definite asset to Richmond BMW!! Strong work Dee!
