My husband and I recently returned to the United States...

My husband and I recently returned to the United States from our overseas tour. For days in search of a Pepper-white MINI Cooper, Steve Lerner made it happen with ease! Taking the extra drive from the Norfolk area to Richmond BMW was extremely worthwhile. Steve knew our time was valuable and had the MINI ready for the test drive, immediately upon our arrival. His patience, vehicle expertise, jovial personality, respectfulness and outstanding customer service provided a very relaxed environment, so thank you for the easiest and exceptional car purchasing experience! We also want to thank, the team for their input with this process, especially the finance gentleman, Tim Stapler who was also very pleasant and thorough. GLAD TO BE A PART OF THE MINI/BMW FAMILY!! Fantastic car buying experience. All the staff was...

Fantastic car buying experience. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We drove 3 hours from Roanoke, VA to buy this car. We received a call the day of our appointment confirming our time. Upon arrival Anton was ready for us, making the entire process seamless and very easy. Before we drove off the lot we were shown the ins and outs of our new car. I would recommend this dealership and the staff to anyone interested in buying a BMW.

He is patient, willing to go above and beyond, and makes the buying experience easy and fun. He knows his stuff and makes the experience as painless as possible. Steve will not let you down.

I had the great opportunity to work with Steve Lerner and Paul Baldwin. Both of them did a great job. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the car and his customer service. I am a frequent purchaser of cars and I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I drove from the DC area and it was completely worth it. Paul was also very helpful and took the time to talk and meet with me and help in any way he could which is not always the case with managers in the car business. Both Steve and Paul are great people and I look forward to referring my friends and purchasing cars in the future from Richmond BMW.

My daughter needed a car and she had her heart set on a...

My daughter needed a car and she had her heart set on a Mini. After some on-line research, (and lots of frustration), googled "minis in richmond" and Richmond BMW popped up. It had two prosepective cars for us to look at. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were shown to Joey Harris's desk and he took excellent care of us. We had never bought a car before and I was dreading the actual negotiation part of the proceedings. But my fears were totally unfounded...Joey was great & we never had to negotiate! He treated us with respect and kindness for which we are truly grateful. Tim Stapler explained everything on the finace end and he did an exceptional job, as well. Our experience at Richmond BMW was absolutely great and my daughter adores her car! I would highly recommend Richmond BMW for a professional, respectful car buying experience....

We went to the dealership with a lot of questions about the BMW 3 series and trying out leasing for the first time, and Steve spent a ton of time going over the features of both of the cars we looked at. The offer on my trade-in was more than fair, and I drove home happy in a shiny silver 328i.
