Deceiving Practices
Deceiving Practices About a week ago i have inquired about 2016 Lexus RX 350. Julian told me that vehicle is still available for sale. I set the appointment to come and asked Julian to notify me if car was sold. Julian emailed me that car was sold "this morning". Car still listed in BMW website. it is absolutely unacceptable practice

Brand New 2019 BMW 540i
Our salesman Joe W. made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, which isn?t always the case when buying a new car. Find Joe when you get there, tell him what you are thinking, (he listens) and he will get you what you want. We felt we got a very great car at a very good price. Highly recommend Joe and BMW of Ft. Great service, Great sales
Walt has sold me 2 BMW's and both times he was easy to work with. No pressure and remembers everything you tell him, he always follows up and I will continue to buy my cars from Walt in the future. Carol, my service advisor was very friendly and arranged a shuttle to take me to a local restaurant while my car was being serviced. Thank you for your outstanding service.

What a great experience at BMW of Ft Myers. Great experience dealing with Pat Boehm-- a true professional who took his time to explain answers to my questions.
