The worst most Shiesty unprofessional dealership in North
The worst most Shiesty unprofessional dealership in North America after the sale. They will treat you kind to your face, but the most disrespectful no integrity, They will screw you any chance they get Richard Vera the GM of the dealership is a liar and a fat mouth, His words mean nothing, He will lie to you to your face and try to make you believe the lies, Pay attention to your paperwork, Classic bait and switch all the numbers will change if you have to fill out your paperwork more than one time go through with a fine tooth comb, Pay attention keep your head on a swivel when dealing with these people here, You are a target walking into the dealership, No matter how nice they are to your face underneath all of that is a ploy to wrap you into a contract accidentally changing everything along the way they say buyer beware, When You really want a BMW my best advice I can give you is to drive to Dallas, Stay away from Jackie cooper BMW and Edmond do your due diligence travel to Dallas and get treated with class even after the sale imagine that

Bought a used 2018 vehicle.
Bought a used 2018 vehicle. Was told it passed their BMW certified inspection. Test drive it; the arm rest was broken. Told they would fix it by the sales person. Then after we came to pick it up; sales manager said they wouldn’t fix it it. This is AFTER we paid for it and they kept it 4 days “detailing and fixing the issues” beyond the 72 hours return policy. When we got it home; filled up the washer fluid tank realized it was broken and immediately contacted them. Was told to bring it in, they would fix it. Then once again, after we dropped it off was told by sales manager they would not cover or fix it. Was missing the tow cover on the back. Was told it would be replaced when they “detailed & fixed it” Guess what, once again wasn’t replaced/foxed. Was told they detailed it prior; had sticky residue on the driver’s side seat and door. Stay away from this dealership. They do not keep their word nor do they honor it.

Looking for a used car? Don’t go here.
This dealer sold me a used 2013 CLS 550. I was under the impression that the vehicle was mechanically sound. Why would I trust that a used vehicle at a reputable dealer would be sound? I was told by my salesman that all used Mercedes are taken to All Star Motors (whom they have a contract with) and are diagnosed and given a clean bill of health before selling them. Upon the second day of starting my car my “check coolant level” warning came on. As anyone would have done I contacted the dealer and they said they would take it to All Star Motors.., which was a red flag as this was the company who originally “serviced and diagnosed” the vehicle. We are on day three of me having the car back after 4 business days of my car being “fixed” and guess what… check coolant level warning was on my display. I’ll be going tomorrow to demand that the contract is rescinded and my trade in is given back to me or I will take them to court. They will try and say the car was sold “as is” but fail to realize that consumers still have protective rights in place for vehicles sold “as is”. They also fail to realize that this would fall under car dealer fraud. As I was lied to about the true quality of the vehicle I purchased. I’ll keep everyone posted. I’ll be making a website, and a Reddit forum so I can engage with people and hopefully protect others from the practices of the dealerships sales team. UPDATE. Was told to contact the GM and have been ignored and received no response from this GM. Been 6 business days after being told to reach out at my convenience.. what a joke

Loved the entire experience and my new BMW!!!!!!!
I contacted Leslie Taylor of Jackie Cooper BMW and asked her for help finding a BMW. She put me in contact with Kristin Burns. Kristin was ah-mazing! I loved the whole Jackie Cooper experience. I've been shopping for a short while, but everywhere else felt so shady. With Leslie and Kristen, I felt like family was taking care of me. I never felt a hard sell and always felt a sincere and genuine need to get me into a vehicle within my budget and wants. Kristin got me into a beautiful SUV that exceeded my wants and expectations and still within my budget. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Leslie and Kristin for taking such great care of me! I love my new SUV and totally loved the Jackie Cooper buying experience. You have a customer for life.

Be careful when you deal with them, a lot of liars
I would give a 0 star if possible, bought a 2018 BMW 530i here, and was told by the sales person that it will come with 2 keys, and it has a battery malfunction that I had to bring it into a local BMW on my own when I get the car because she said she doesn't have parts for it. After I paid for the car in full and have the car delivered all the way to California, it only came with 1 key. I called the sales person right away, she said she's no longer with the company and wanted me to call their used car manager Bob Stockton to request for it (Took me a week to have them reply), but he told me nothing on the contract said they owe me a 2nd key, so he wants me to pay for it, bunch of liars there. Well, lesson learned for me, make sure if the sales person say they going to get you something, it is on the contract you sign, also, never deal with this Jackie Cooper anymore, very horrible experience.

Customer service stops at purchase
Initial visit to dealership was pleasant as I spoke with different salesmen to acquire information on vehicle purchase. Unsure of decision on purchase I gave deposit to hold until return. Dealership then called offering to deliver vehicle as I live 2 hours away. Still very accommodating they negotiated on price and delivered vehicle the next day. This is where customer service stopped… I did NOT receive a second key for vehicle as promised even after multiple requests. A simple copy of the contract for purchase fell to the same fate. Phone calls for assistance were not returned. I would NOT return to this dealership again.

Went to this dealership to check out their automobiles. They had a large selection of quality automobiles and friendly dealers. We enjoyed our experience very much.

Excellent buying experience
I worked with Cory Lowe in the Internet Sales dept. He was very communicative, helpful, and the perfect amount of assertive without being pushy or overbearing. We purchased from out of town (4hrs away), and no question was too small. Cooper's fair pricing made for a smooth negotiation and sale. We bought a 2018 X5 xDrive35i and got a great deal on a service demo w/ ~4500 miles on it. In-house 0.9% financing was a no-brainer, and our finance consultant explained the maintenance & warranty options in a very helpful way without overselling anything. The GM, Richard, even took time to chat with us while we waited for the paperwork. Such a great staff and buying experience. We'll definitely be back.
