Helpful with answering questions. A little pricey but it's a dealer service station. Should give veterans discount and not just active duty discount! Veterans served their time too!

My fluids were not topped off.

My fluids were not topped off. I was supposed to get a call when service was completed did not happen. My underbelly carriage is not properly hooked up when I called about my extended warranty. Seems like I got a runaround and they don’t really want to pursue that. On my summary report, it stated that I h leakage from a tire when they were rotating don’t you think that would be important to bring it to my attention upon pick up which then I saw that my TPMS system does not work, which could’ve been repaired at that time with my warranty

Southlake Nissan is outstanding. They are knowledgeable and professional. Brian, Ryan, Carlos and Nick in service are the best. The entire service team works hard for the customer. I would recommend Nissan. Also, the best sales person is Will B.
