When I purchased my vehicle I was told I can take it
When I purchased my vehicle I was told I can take it anywhere as long as I have a paper trail for if anything happens for my warranty. The warranty said I needed permission to go else where. Which I got told. We'll something happened and I needed it in writing and no one was willing to help me out and I've only had the car for almost 3yrs. So make sure you get everything in writing or make sure you get their full on approval in writing as well if anything happens to your car or else they dont care. Service manager Tony could write anything out for me and the supervisor believe Greg said he cant do anything and he didnt approve anything. And of course since my dealer dont work there no more. I didnt have any back up on being told when I got it I can take it anywhere. Transmission blew on me

I would like to make it clear we want nothing more to work on your vehicle. If the warranty denies the claim we can only do so much passed that. You have visited us twice in the past 2 years. The reasoning warranty denied your claim because of you were not following the proper maintenance schedule for that vehicle. I got told I can take it anywhere i want as long as i had the paper trail when i bought the car! Thats what my dealer told me! I took my car to a different shop and the warranty company said all they needed was a written approval saying i was good on taking it somewhere else! Your service manager and the supervisor say they will not write out anything. I didnt need to take my car to you guys because i was told i could take it else where. You guys wanted the money that the warranty was going to give you guys. So of course you guys were going to deny to write out a simple letter that my warranty company needed.

Bought a new car.
Bought a new car. Generally low pressure. Finance manager was somewhat rude. Another customer caused some delays which forced me to wait longer than I had to before signing all of the paperwork
