I am very pleased with the service I received at Regional Hyundai in Broken Arrow!! Let me tell you Zach Allen said he was going to do something and he... did just that plus more!! He has forever gained our business! He made a promise not to go over a certain amount for monthly payments and came back and it was even lower than what the deal breaker would be! My husband and I talked about how good of a salesman he was all night!

I live a few hours away so I gave them a call regarding the vechile I was looking to purchase. Within an hour we had a price settled and I came and picked... up the vehicle. Everyone we encountered was courteous and this was the easiest car buying experience I have had.
The staff were very nice and polite. Bill Chalaan is a great sales person very respectful and helpful. Their purchase process was fast and easy.

Very disappointed. Went in last minute because my turn signal did not work. On my way there my window got stuck down which I brought to them before and... they said they did not have time to fix it. This time when I brought it in again they said they did not have time to fix my window even though it was about to rain and I'd have to come back in another time for it. How am I supposed to bring it back another time to fix the window if it's about to rain out. They also said the part that I needed for the other issue is going to be $40. I called around and found it $15 at Firestone. Very disappointed in their customer service. Will not buy a car from Hyundai again.

Went in because I had an issue with my car first thing this morning. I called them and told them what was wrong they said they were full but they'd see... if they can get to it. I brought it in and while I was bringing it in another problem happened that I brought it in for before and they said they couldn't get to it. Well when I got there I told him about both problems and they said that they couldn't get to the window even though it was stuck down and about to rain and I have to come in another time for that. How am I supposed to do that when my window is stuck down? The other item they said would be $40 and I would have to wait for hours and they didn't know if they could get to it that day. Well I called around and got it fixedfor $15 and a 10 minute wait at Firestone. Very disappointed and regional Hyundai.

Be aware. They are con artists. They tried a bait and switch on us today. There was a car we saw online and I inquired to make sure it was available.... I was told that it was and when we got there we were informed that they wouldn't sell us that car but that they had a car that had higher mileage and several thousand $ more.
My husband and I went into Regional Hyundai knowing exactly what we wanted. Prior to visiting we emailed them about a certain car and they were quick to... respond and keeping in touch. Tanner greeted us as soon as we got there and our visit couldn't have gone any smoother. They got us the deal we wanted and we are so happy with our purchase. The whole crew was polite and had great customer service. Our 1 year old daughter got all the popcorn she wanted so that was a big plus!! We will definitely be back!
