Service are great and always very accommodating but sales people, especially managers are very arrogant and hard to talk with, very unprofessional

Avoid at all costs

Please do not use this dealership or go here to purchase a car. I inquired about a 2021 M2 Competition that was listed for sale on May 28, 2021. In my email, I specifically asked if the car was available. The internet sales woman confirmed that the vehicle was available and told me to send over my information so that she could send me full details so that I could purchase the car. I sent over my information, and heard nothing for over 12 hours. I decided to follow-up and call the dealership and spoke to Charity and asked her if the M2 Competition was still available. She confirmed and said yes it is available. I had explained that I had been waiting for Grace to get back to me and I have not heard back in over 12 hours. She said no problem, I will take over this purchase and get you full details. At this point, I went ahead and cancelled my current allocation for a '21 M2C with a separate dealership as I was about to purcahse the one from BMW of West Houston and wanted to get my deposit back to put it towards the car at West Houston. I wait 2 hours only for Charity to call me and tell me that the vehicle was already sold. At this point, I was absolutely livid. Not only did I now lose my allocation, I also wasn't able to purchase the vehicle that I originally agreed on. As a last ditch effort, I asked if they have any M2s at all, even used, they did and he wanted to charge me more than a new '21 for it. This dealership is an absolute joke, full of clowns. Please do not go here or waste your time.

Car year issue

Follow up to review of BMW West Houston. I apologize unreservedly to the staff of BMW who were correct in their assessment of the year of my new BMW. It's quite a different procedure from the UK but a VIN search confirmed my car as 2019. I have bought 5 cars from this dealer and have nothing but praise for Carsten, Berg and Walter. I made a mistake and probably won't get a donut next time.
