Went about as smoothly as you could hope for with a used car dealership! I was satisfied with the help Ms Carmela gave us, the vehicle we got, and the price thereof. There was a slight letdown in that most of the vehicles I was interested in from their website weren't actually available, but not a big deal since there were plenty of other options to look at.
