Brought in car for oil and air filter changes.

Brought in car for oil and air filter changes. Service is always good and within timeframe promised. Communication via text messages and website require monitoring as no alerts shows on phone. Inspection revealed small cracks in bushings. Not clear how critical it was to repair.

I had a nail in one of my tires - it was under warranty.

I had a nail in one of my tires - it was under warranty. Service Advisor ordered another one and called when it came in . Set up appointment- no big deal this place always had great service but yesterday was different. First my service advisor was promoted (Well earned) I got there at 1:30 - took two hours to replace tire and I think they put through their computer diagnostic system. Service advisor never came over and told me there was a delay or can we offer you some water. I walked over a couple times to ask but they knew nothing. Finally I ask another service advisor and he went into shop came back and told there was a rush job and mine was delayed . I work too- if I treated one of my clients like this they would look for someone else. At least I know who not to go to. So very sorry this wonderful dealership has someone like this ..

Great car buying experience.

Great car buying experience. After finding my preferred pre owned car on the BMW Clear Lake Website, I visited the dealership and was greeted by Shona in their showroom. She was very professional, helpful and friendly as was her manager. We agreed on fair a cash deal rather quickly and pleasantly and completed the purchase details with their finance director, Nathaniel, who was also very professional and pleasant. One of my top car buying experiences out of more than many. I highly recommend BMW of Clear Lake and their sales advisor Shona.…..they are top of their class.
