Excellent service, great inventory and incredible trucks! I love my lifted Ram! Everywhere I go I get compliments. the buying process was so smooth! This place is so well renowned, the day I was there to get my truck, I met 2 others from out of state. One person drove 4.5 hours from upper New Jersey to get his truck. Get a truck from them, you won't regret it!

Great experience! Staff was welcoming and friendly. No pressure approach which was nice to see. Dealership was clean and well organized. Gavin Kandrick and Lisa Hildebrand were absolutely great.

The whole team was great. From the first step I took into the Sales room to the final step into my new truck. They worked patiently with me and answered my questions with professionalism.

One of the worse experiences I have ever experience. Took 3 days to work deal. Paying asking price, Waiting on dealership to return calls and lack of communication. Made deal, gave them 5 days to get it ready. No communication from dealer during the 5 days. . Show up to finalize the deal. Nothing was done with accessories and or paperwork. Felt like dealership didn’t want to do right to their customer. So decided to go forward and sit thru the entire process. All changed fairly quickly. The tone from the Sales Manager started to sway us from doing any business. A few minutes later a comment was said and then it got worse. We decided to pull plug. Sales Manager loss the deal (can’t be the first). Spending 65k or more I would hope dealership would care for the customer. Not so here. Rather go elsewhere find something similar. Owner lost revenue thanks to the Sales Manager.

HORRIBLE experience. Once they get your deposit, the experience is horrible. Don’t try to do anything from a distance. Took a flight to pick up a vehicle. Asked for everything, paperwork and added accessories, to be completed prior to arrival. Show up- nothing is done. Sales rep is “new” so that is the excuse for no communication or follow-up. Manager is not female friendly either. Now.. stranded with no vehicle with $400 of expenses already out of pocket and another $800 anticipated just to be able to get home.DON’T DO IT!

From the begining of my truck search at multiple dealers to the purchase of my truck from them was a easy process very informative and great communications throughout the whole process. A ++++++++++++

Make sure everything is in writing and you completely review vehicle. Busy day on my purchase but they looked into my concerns and even filled my tank for the 2hr trip home!
