Turnpike Auto

Overall experience was good. Easy to deal with, car was clean and good deal. Only problem was when I bought the car I brought it to shop to get inspection sticker and it needed rear brake rotors and pads to pass inspection. Turnpike would not pay for it unless I drove it back to them for them to check out the car. I live in New Hampshire and driving back and forth wasn't ideal especially when the car was already in a shop that could do the brakes and inspection sticker. So I ended up having to pay for the brakes myself in order to get an inspection sticker. This was less than a week after purchasing the vehicle I thought it would have been nice if turnpike offered to pay for the repair instead I was basically told my mechanic was ripping me off and was questioned as to why I paid so much. No issues with buying a car from there, just go to mechanic first to have the vehicle checked before purchasing.

I just bought an Acura from Turnpike Automotive. Good communication, good service, friendly and honest. I got a fair deal and they were prompt in getting the car ready. Nothing more you can ask for. I am pleased and it was nice to work with Gin and Roger. I recommend this place.

I just bought a great used car from Roger for my oldest son who will be graduating from college. I would definitely buy a car from Turnpike Automotive again, and I plan to return when my other son graduates.

I spent weeks looking online and driving around looking at car lots, frustration mounting, before finally stumbling upon Turnpike Auto. Roger was very cooperative and easy to work with, gave us an exceptionally fair price, and fixed a few things we wanted fixed before purchase. We could not have had a better experience. I can well see why NorthReadingFamily has purchased 4 vehicles from Turnpike Auto. Next time I need a car, I'm going to Roger at Turnpike Auto first.

I drove out to North Andover from Boston to look at a car. Roger was friendly and professional. It took us less than 5 minutes to settle on a price. I knew what I wanted and he provided it very efficiently. I am going back in a few days to pick up my vehicle. With my experience so far, I would definitely recommend and purchase from Turnpike again!!

I inquired twice about a car, specifically a BMW. Both in email and left a voice mail. No one ever called me or emailed me. I bought a BMW at Winnisquam Auto in Tilton, NH. They called me back and went above and beyond even holding the car for several days until I could get there. I would look elsewhere if I was you.

Purchased a used benz from Roger this week. I have had many past bad experiences with used car dealership but Roger proved to me, car buying can be a joyful experience. He answered all my questions and fixed what I asked for. He sold me a great car at a great price. I just hope the car behaves as good as Roger.. Overall I am very happy so far with this dealership.
