I found Lance to be exceptionally helpful when I purchased my low mileage Suburban recently. He was very fair with my requests and I would recommend Bechtel Auto to anyone. He even takes care of any open recalls prior to putting the vehicles up for sale!

Love this car place. I do believe I just bought number 18 over the decades. The very best place to buy used cars, trucks and jeeps. Doug and Lance are like family to me and hubby. Buy a vehicle from them you will not be sorry!!

Knowing I had a very limited budget and that I am a single parent, I was sold a car for $11,000 cash that after the warranty was up, is now costing me another $4000 to get fixed. I was shown the undercarriage and this "reputable" dealer just painted over the rust as well.....🤦‍♀️ They sold me a pretty package with low mileage that is an absolute lemon. My fault for not having my mechanic look it over. But being over an hour away that was not an option. I was in need of a reliable car fast, and that is not at all what I got. When I called to explain what happened all the owner did was blame MY MECHANIC and tell me I was getting ripped off with the price of a brand new transfer case. I am disgusted with car salesman and dishonest business men. 😖

Lance at Bechtel Autos is great. I recently purchased a 2009 Yukon Denali XL. From start to finish, it was easy. They mean it when they say 30 day warranty. There was an rear main seal leak; brought the car back and it was fixed and covered by the warranty. And through it all, Lance was friendly and cheerful. None of that eye rolling stuff you get at other dealers. I will buy there again, beautiful vehicles, and recommend to everyone and anyone. Thank you, Lance

This was a totally relaxed transaction. There was no pressure from the dealer and he was very willing to do what was needed to the car before we took it home.

Purchased a used vehicle. Asked them to fix window or door leaks and radeo. Window still leaks and radeo was replaced with a lesser quality radeo. No big deal, I can live with it. Then I had to replace the wheel hub, locks stopped working,heat only works sometimes noticed lock mechanism had been replaced when it popped up out of the arm rest. After 4 and a half months and 8 thousand miles.. the motor went. Asked if there was anything they could do, I was told no.asked if they would quote the repairs and was told "I don't want anything to do with it "
