Service has gone down hill.

Service has gone down hill. Never ever doing business with Holler Hyundai again. Management is crass and agents lack basic customer service skills. This place is a circus and the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. My previous car was a Hyundai, my current car is a Hyundai. They have made it certain that my next car will NOT be a Hyundai and have lost out on hundred's of thousands of dollars in future sales from me and my family.

On a scale of one through ten, both Ty and the mechanic

On a scale of one through ten, both Ty and the mechanic that worked on my car deserve an eleven! My car is running so much better than I expected! Would clone Ty if I could. He is honest and truly cares about his customers.

I was shopping for a new vehicle that could do moderate

I was shopping for a new vehicle that could do moderate towing, good gas mileage and was comfortable. Pedro showed me several different cars and was not overbearing trying to make a sale. I told him I had other cars to look at and he was okay with that. I did look at other cars, made my decision and called him and he started the paperwork so it was ready when I arrived. I love the Holler family of car sales, no hassles, no upcharging, and no pressure.

The sales person Michael Rogers was very rude.

The sales person Michael Rogers was very rude. He even slam my brand new car door after we purchase this vehicle because my husband forgot something on our trade-in vehicle that he parked on the back lot. After we close the deal he was in a rush for me to leave and w an attitud try to show me how to work the car. I was very upset but didnt say anything because I was more happy that i purchase this vehicle. Is best to have a sales person that is as happy and friendly when you buy a car. I should not purchase the car with a rude person.

I experienced great customer service from the team at Holler Hyundai. Juan was great loved how patient he was with me guiding me through the process since this is my first time purchasing a new vehicle on my own.

I was able to complete the entire transaction online,

I was able to complete the entire transaction online, settling on price and trade before coming in to test drive the car. That took all the stress out of the process. The Finance Manager explained other options but did not try to force them down my throat. It's great to love the car and the sales process.
