Robins Auto Sales

I spent 4,000 on a car I was promised would last me a while. Had it a few weeks and my muffler was dragging on the highway and fell off. i was still driving it and then a week or 2 later my car breaks down once again on side of highway. And come to find out I need a whole new transmission! The guy from robins auto (joe ) says they can help us out so we tow our car there. He says he need 1500 for the transmission we end up giving him a check for 1,000. He gets the part and was supposed to fix it said someone got injured said someone died and asked if we could find someone to fix it . Then towed it back to my house with the transmission in the trunk ( also this broke the walls in my trunk cause he must have not tied it down during the tow) he was supposed to also send me a check for 500 towards the labor it would take me to get this fixed. (Which is estimated at 1,000) weeks later (atleast 3 weeks) still no check he keeps telling me everyday they going to send it. I finally get a new mechanic to look at it and guess what he says ! It’s the wrong transmission doesn’t even fit in my car !

I got a great new used car from here for $2000! Those guys bent over backwards to make everything as easy as possible, even calling my insurance company to list the new car on my policy.

I bought a car there for $6000.00 and after 2weeks of driving it It broke down..... I was told it was the new starter and I needed new rooters on the back tires that was Corroded.... Please from experience don’t even look their way....

I saw a truck on Craigslist and call an talk to the guy and decide I would drive out there, took me over an hour, I had cash on me, and some one to drive the truck home, the guy that was there at the time couldn't tell me anything about it and he didn't went to talk, he told me to call the phone number, but I wans't getting any answer on it, I hung a round for an hour and left, it almost seem like he was only watching the place. I don't think this place is worth the time or energy.

I was down on my luck and they helped me! Gave me a great car that lasted for years and real honest guys I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. They treated me with the upmost respect and was extremely courteous! They gave me a awesome deal and beat all the other lots I went to that day! They make u feel like your their family! The cars are good and the customer service is above the top! Ask for joe! He is definitely the guy that will give u all the help u need!!
