This was the third vehicle we have bought from Scholfield Hyundai West and the third from Eric Smith. I would recommend this dealership and Eric in a heartbeat. We were buying a car for our daughter's graduation - I emailed Eric, set up an appointment and upon arrival he had several cars for her to chose from and there was NO HASSLE - just what parents want! We truly appreciate the personal attention and will definitely return!

We don't return to a dealership unless we feel we have been treated very well. Heather Cusick has been great to work with on all occasions. With the additional help of Jamie Ortiz we were able to close another deal on a Santa Fe. These two have been very cooperative and helpful in teaching us how to operate and enjoy our purchase. Buying a new car can be a very stressful experience. The experience my wife and I had at Scholfield Hyundai West was not. Everything from meeting and working with our sales rep, going on numerous test drives, finally making a decision on what to buy, and completing the deal was more enjoyable than I thought car buying could be.

We went to Scholfield West to look at buying a Hyundai. Heather greeted us and to make a long story short, after taking a loaded Sonata home and next day test driving a Elantra we chose a Sonata Sport. This is my wife and I's first new car together. Everyone made us feel very comfortable and explained everything to us. When we bought the car it comes with BlueLink, they had their Computer whiz show us and sign us on to the BlueLink. The car is absolutely beautiful and a joy to drive. Five stars for everyone at Scholfield West Hyundai. Will be doing business there again.

I never considered purchasing a Hyundai before, but experience was excellent. Even though I live near Andover, I chose to shop at Scholfeild Hyundai West because of their better reputation and their more user-friendly website. Lonnie and Danny were able to help me find a car that best suited my needs and price point. Everyone at SHW was kid-friendly (important for me since I have young kids) and they didn't mind adjusting their schedule to meet mine. I will definitely recommend SHW!
