Had been in the market for a RAM 2500. Did a lot of research on pricing and wound up buying one from J's. The truck i bought was priced right. Felt like I got a good deal. Worked with Scott who was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Their financing department was great. Got a very low interest rate, and the whole process was quick and efficient. One of the better car buying experiences I have had.

I sent out an email in regards to a truck j's auto had on inventory and earl called me right away they next morning and gave me all the information i needed to know about the truck there finance lady Kayla went to work and found a credit union that would finance me which was really pleasing since i had no credit history from lack of experience and very minimal loan experience! I went down the next day test drove the truck filled out the papers put a down payment down and came home with a new truck in less than 48hrs from when I emailed them originally

Found nearly the exact car I was looking for. A bit tough for this single guy to get the vehicle 300+ miles from dealer lot to my home. Dealership delivered more than half way. Overall good experience.
