Stopped in the to check on some parts and was instantly greeted by a young man on the counter. He asked me how my day was(not knowing it was one of the worst days id had in a very long time).He looked up everything i needed and gave me a very reasonable price and even joked with me making my day a little bit better. I told him I would let him know and he gave me his card and said let him know if he could any further and when I left I was in a better mood then when I came there and I was very appreciative of that. Would definently recommend to anybody that asked where to go for parts.

tire dept.
Was in on Saturday Feb.22. Great service by all employees at the tire shop, They went far beyond just being there for a paycheck. Will definitely tell others.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Sam's Riverside for their prompt and helpful assistance with a friend/customer that I had referred to have them buy her wrecked 2007 Chevrolet HHR. She is a Chinese exchange student studying her PHD at Drake and speaks very broken English. She was very nervous about the car being sold because she doesn't understand the purchase process. She called me to tell me how well she felt that Andrew Galinsky and his staff treated her. I sell cars at another local dealership and would gladly refer anyone to purchase a car/truck from Sam's Riverside!

Sams Riverside
They didn't respond to my E/mail, but I wanted to see what they had for used Ford Fusions. The salesman was very helpful, but the showroom is full of vehicles and I could hardly get between some of the vehicles, but you can save a lot of money if your willing to take a gamble on prior salvage cars. They had one 2014 Ford Fusion with only 981 miles and you could save $ 5,000.00 on it, it was the wrong color for me but if your looking to save some money I would advice you to give them a shot. One thing they really need to improve on is better detailing as some of the vehicles were really dirty.

2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit
I located a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit on thier site and called the number on the site. Phone was answered within 3 rings and I was greeted by a guy named Joey. Joey answered several of my questions and the ones he did'nt have , he called me back with the answer. I decided that the drive to Des Moines would warrant the time to check the vehickle out.When I arrived ,I was greeted by a guy named Brooks, and he said that Joey would be with me shortly. When Joey met me and my wife,he was extremely generous with his greeting. When I checked out the vehicle,I noticed how many calls that where coming into the dealership and the walk in people that were looking for information or a vehicle. While waiting for the Jeep to have a few minor details to be adjusted,I had the experiance yto visit with Brooks and Joey and was enlighted to why I should'nt be concerned about purchasing the Jeep, which put myself and wife at ease in doing the purchase.These two gentelmen are very knowlegable in the rebuild vehickle business and handle a grat many calls and people that come thru the door to the dealership. I have purchased probably 30 vehicles in the 65 years of my life and have only had one other purchase that was as enjoyable as this one. From the first phone call to the signing of the paper work, I would give this company an A plus,plusfrom the start.I will definately send buyer to this company and will purchase more vehickles from them also. Very Helpful
You have to stop in and look at the cars in person. Sam's doesn't staff to respond to emails, they have very helpful and busy salesman at the lot. They will check anything that you want checked on a vehicle and will share any knowledge and opinions they have of the vehicle. They sell ALOT of vehicles, so stop in and take a look. I purchased an escape for my daughter to drive to school. Got a lot of car for the money with a few blemishes.

Unresponsive to online inquiries
While I was interested in a vehicle, their inability to respond to an e-mail (After waiting 1 week) will encourage me to shop elsewhere. I have not used any of their other services.

Poor service
They did not even contact me and it has been over a week , if they are in to selling cars they sure must not care about new business!!! Very dissipointed!

I emailed but no response at all. Disappointed.
Not a very positive experience even for an inquiry. No response at all. From the looks of customer ratings, this company does not appear to provide good service. Too bad. I think that a timely, friendly, and courteous acknowledgment from the internet side would woo over many potential customers into becoming actual, buying clients. Relationship-building is always the key to buyers, if not now, later on.

Poor Service
I emailed multiple times and called the dealership and they said they were busy and would call me back. I emailed them again the next week and they still have not called back. Horrible customer service. If this is the way they treat customers before the sale, think of how bad it will be after the sale.
