Came over and bought a GMC 2500 a few months ago and my

Came over and bought a GMC 2500 a few months ago and my salesman Gabe George made the process painless, he is straight to the point, very knowledgeable and made the process even a little enjoyable! He is a younger guy but is wise beyond his years. Gabe, thanks for straight forwardness right off the bat and the 5 star experience, we will definitely be using you again, god willing!

Cannot get dealership, sales person, to contact customer,

Cannot get dealership, sales person, to contact customer, me, regarding a new truck purchase. Have purchased 4 vehicles prior to this event from Everette. Was give a business lesson from a person named Ryan over the phone, after my offer, that states he is the #3 person at the dealership but to date have not personally met him. My sales person keeps going behind the glass to consult with Ryan but he has yet to meet with me. If customer locality is truly a thing at Everette it has fallen short with these transactions. What a shame. I was hoping to keep my business local but that may not be a reality. It seems that the dealership is focused on volume sales and doesn’t wish to focus on individual sales. What a disappointment from what I’ve experienced in the previous sales. Shame on Everette for what they are offering as customer service. John G Tinin 1317 Nature Way Benton, AR 72019
