Everyone at CarMax was professional and friendly! Fast and smooth transaction! The whole process took a little over an hour.

I bought my vehicle knowing exactly what I was going to pay, the process was so smooth. My sales representative Tarek, was most helpful and made me feel genuinely cared for as a customer 10/10! Also, Malaysia from service department was very attentive and helpful. Overall a great experience, I would definitely recommend going here.

I had real trouble dealing with car dealers when looking for a used car. There was so much misrepresentation and fraud (charge for etching the Vin number on an EV?). CarMax had none of that. The agent even showed me a problem that wasn't listed and I hadn't noticed. They promised to fix it and service was really friendly and helpful.

We had a good experience, although it was pricey to ship the car we wanted and so felt a bit locked in to the purchase sight unseen. That being said, we were happy with the Fiat and were relieved to not have to go through the typical dealership negotiations where salespeople try to talk you into a car you don’t want because it’s on their lot. We were a little disappointed about some discoloration in the seat fabric and wondered if the car had actually been detailed.

All as advertised. Car was I great shape. Sales person was professional and had all the answer. Back office friendly and efficient.
