Audi of Plano was the best dealership I visited! Julius was super kind when I first walked in. He helped me test drive two different Audis. At this point, I wasn’t even sure I wanted to go back to a sedan. He followed up with me when I left and was patient as I explored other options. I visited several other dealerships for different types of cars. I was shocked that other sales representatives did not follow up with me after!!! When I settled on Audi, I worked with Tracy Crawford! He was the best sales rep & in addition to helping me get a great Audi for a great price he made me laugh so hard! He has a great personality! Everyone I worked with at Audi Plano was friendly, helpful, responsive and respectful! I highly recommend!!
