Mainly as long as you're good with the price, they take you upstairs to finance. Car gets prepped in the meantime with full tank of gas etc. It came back really clean after buying.

Needed more time to show features of the truck. Show room and location was east to find. The vehicle as clean and ready when I was finished signing all the papers.

I use the services of the dealership for service on our Q7. Overall, a good experience. The service desk was friendly and very helpful. Explanation of the repairs required was good and so were the repairs. The dealership just has a lot of backlog - so be aware of that as you drop your vehicle.
