I use the services of the dealership for service on our Q7. Overall, a good experience. The service desk was friendly and very helpful. Explanation of the repairs required was good and so were the repairs. The dealership just has a lot of backlog - so be aware of that as you drop your vehicle.

I had an excellent experience at Audi Plano. Andrew was outstanding, he clearly explained what services were needed right away and what could wait, which I really appreciated. He also made sure my Audi Care plan covered the majority of the services, which was incredibly helpful. On top of that, he helped expedite getting my car cleaned so I could be on my way quickly. Truly excellent service all around!

Excellent consistency in service when I bring my SQ5 into
Excellent consistency in service when I bring my SQ5 into the dealership for service. My service advisor, Bryan C., works to schedule appointments that fit my schedule. He works with the technicians to complete my service timely and complete all the items scheduled for repair/maintenance, etc. He is also good to work in extra requests, e.g. completing a state required vehicle emissions test. This service department is a big reason why I continue to buy cars here...4 Audi's so far!
