Audi Plano is a great dealership with great car salesman!!! Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and kind, I had several conversations with different salesman just walking by me speaking. Kyle is the best!! He took great care of all my car requests and made the car buying experience smooth. Definitely give Kyle and the dealership 5 Stars!!

When I arrived service personnel immediately got to work
When I arrived service personnel immediately got to work to check out the car, what items would need service and how long the work would take. I felt that I could trust the service department to do a thorough job of attending to MY needs and they did exactly that.

Adrian took great care of me and my car.
Adrian took great care of me and my car. He kept me updated on the progress of getting the diagnosis as to what was wrong. He provided an uber to get home and back to the service dept when the car was ready. It was ready exactly as he said it would be. Great customer service. Highly recommend Audi Plano service.

I drove all the way from Amarillo, Tx to have repairs and differential service performed at Audi Plano. Driving over 4 1/2hrs one way says a ton of how Mackenzie and the technicians have treated me. Thank you to the technician for doing a great and speedy job on making repairs and service on my vehicle.
