I was in a negative equity situation after NOT purchasing my last vehicle at Audi Plano (as I had the 2 prior to that). I was looking for a lease to help out. At first, it didn't look promising, but my file must have made it across Ricky Abram's desk, and he reached out as the salesperson (now Director) whom I previously worked with. He ran numbers, found me a great deal, and I was sold the same day (within 2 hours)... Ben Chen and Harman Hamad were also instrumental in assisting with the deal. My Audi recently required service. My advisor/customer service person was Mackenzie. Mackenzie immediately reserved a rental car and a date/time for repair. She was courteous and professional and kept me advised of repair status. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manor. I give Mackenzie and the service department five stars for sure! As the “face” of Audi Meghan was exceptional.
