BUYER BEWARE!!!! I'm a broker and work with hundreds of dealers a year. My customer had intended to buy a car here, it was a remote deal. We had everything agreed upon. I asked to put a deposit on the car and was told they don't hold cars, totally fine. Send us the papers, we will sign. Cash deal, super easy. Then they said they had a customer that made an appointment to see the car and they were "holding" the car for that appointment. But they don't hold cars. They sold the car to that person. Do the math. It doesn't add up. The formula here is Autonation. It's their policy to not hold cars, so next time you want to have them hold a car, just make an appointment OR better yet, find one at one of the regional/locally owned dealerships.

On first impression, no. My final service person M. Holmes, was great and very professional. Customer service all depends on your agent. Maxwell did a stellar job attending to my concerns and getting my car back within reasonable time.

They reviewed what the issue was and tried to attend to it. The best way they could. It was a good experience overall.

I was in a negative equity situation after NOT purchasing my last vehicle at Audi Plano (as I had the 2 prior to that). I was looking for a lease to help out. At first, it didn't look promising, but my file must have made it across Ricky Abram's desk, and he reached out as the salesperson (now Director) whom I previously worked with. He ran numbers, found me a great deal, and I was sold the same day (within 2 hours)... Ben Chen and Harman Hamad were also instrumental in assisting with the deal. I was not oversold and purchased only what I needed with clear expectations and honest feedback. Highly, highly recommend. Lesson learned my friends! Go check them out!
