Our sales person Julius was very knowledgeable and took time to explain all the different models and features. We went to buy an A3 but ended up buying A5 and that too at a very good price. Ellie from the concierge girl was very knowledgeable on all the features of the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Julius if anyone is looking to buy an Audi.

Let me start off by saying that we purchased three vehicles in a month's time, and this dealership was the worst experience we've had in 30 years of purchasing vehicles...and I'm not exaggerating whatsoever! We purchased a used 2023 Audi Q4 e-tron Sportback from this dealership on 2/28/2026. We had two trade-ins for the purchase for which we ended up receiving money back due to the much higher value in trades. I could write a book of how bad of an experience this was...although it felt great when we were there...but I will try to make this short. First of all, the car is FANTASTIC - no issues other than the Inspection Due warning never being reset although they claim the inspection was done. The problem with this dealership is the finance manager, sales manager, and general manager. The salesperson was great...although he quit to go to another dealership, and now we understand why. 1) It took TWO MONTHS to finalize the process of the trade-ins because the finance manager kept giving excuses. We didn't get the check for the trade-ins (over $15K) until MAY!!! 2) We picked up the car a few days after signing, but it literally took THREE MONTHS to get the plates for the vehicle, because they were supposed to take the plates off of our trade-in but failed to do so. We STILL haven't received the sticker, so we are assuming they never filed the registration...I guess we'll find out if we ever get the registration renewal. 3) We called the dealership to talk to the GM in May, but he had somebody else call us back and then that guy never returned our call. 4) We wanted to purchase AudiCare, but the finance manager never bothered to get us the information after emails sent on 5/20 (twice), 5/31, 6/4, and 6/11. We ended up reaching out to the Audi franchise and found out we can purchase it through the app...like it was that hard for the finance manager to get us prices. 5) We sent two emails to the GM and sales manager on 6/22 and 7/1, and NEITHER of them bothered to call us or respond. Don't let the smoke they blow up your *** confuse you. GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!

On Friday of the 17th my Toyota Sequioa lost all power right next to the dealership at that small side entrance, I needed to replace a battery connection that I just put off. I was unable to get the bolt to budge so I went to the service dept. to see if a mechanic had some PB Blaster, Quinton was very nice by letting my borrow a can that I could not get the bolt to move, ran into Jacob telling him I needed an impact wrench that he walked out to the truck getting it unstuck the replacing the part, I drove him back and then the truck died....we racked our heads and I was just going to have it towed when I realized to check the EFI fuse, FIXED! I told the guys I owe them and came back on Saturday with a gift. These guys are great, we even exchanged numbers since I work for auto parts distributor, make I can help them. They also did all this on my wife's birthday weekend. Oh, not in the market for an Audi unless it's an R8 with a real transmission!

Tracy took VERY good care of us! He listened to every word and was very respectful of us and our time. He was kind, knowledgeable and fun to deal with and I'm happy he was 'on call' the night we stopped by. My son and I went back just so he could see the truck in person...he loved it and we ended up driving off the lot within a few hours and my son was successful in getting his 1st car loan all by himself! We will be back for sure! Spencer, in financing, and Tracy made a great team! THANK YOU, AUDI PLANO....We can also rest easy with the amazing extended coverage we got at an amazing price!! Triple AAA was getting sick of us! Now they'll never hear from us again - haha
