Great car! Great service!

I needed a reliable used car as a get-a-around locally. A friend recommended i stop by. The shopping experience was as smooth as buying a car can be. Working with the sales staff i didn't feel hurried or pressured. Happy with my 2013 Camry. Looks and runs great.

Hello? Are you there? ……….

Bought a Honda crv here about 3 weeks ago. Hard to break car. They supposedly replaced the timing chain after purchasing it from auction. They didn’t replace the timing chain after I had an actual mechanic look at it. It has made a rough cold start since I bought it. When I purchased the car, they already had it pulled up and started and running for me so I didn’t get to hear that rough rattle until I had already purchased. It has recently started driving rough just driving down the road they didn’t replace the VTC actuator or the timing chain, which is what they claimed they had done at the shop. Whenever I took the car in to be looked at the Carson cars shop, which by the way, took me two weeks to get an appointment, they told me nothing was wrong with my car and treated me like I was stupid. They said they got it up to 80 miles an hour and they didn’t hear anything. now whenever I start my car, it sounds like it’s going to rattle apart . I don’t even want to take it back to that shop because the man (I think his name was Mike) literally laughed in my face as I was telling him what was going on with the car. I also told him that the issue happened when I started the car anything under 30 miles an hour, which has since changed to while driving it. I have not gotten a single call back from the salesman that sold me this car or anyone else in the office after leaving multiple voicemails and text messages. I absolutely would not recommend this dealership. the only thing that they do have going for them is that they will get you financed no matter what. So, if you’re desperate and need a car asap they will make it happen. Just don’t count on them doing anything for you after the fact.

Absolutely horrible transaction

I traded two vehicles to this dealership for one newer vehicle. I had a lien on one of the vehicles and they never paid it off. I made two payments on the other vehicle finally went back to the dealership I got one of the vehicles back the other one they sold. They agreed to give me $1,000. It was a horrible experience they actually reported me to the credit bureaus as a repossession and ruined my credit. And the vehicle I got back from them was broke and I had to take it in and it was over $1,000 and it never did run right after that. I wouldn't go here for glass of water if it was the last water on the planet.

Don't buy from here!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS "SHADY BUSINESS" I went and bought a car from this dealership and not only did the sales man offer to make up loan paperwork if I couldnt come up with the correct documents but told me in the test drive "when I was done with the car to just call him and he would have someone make it disappear, as long as I got the gap coverage. This was only the tip of the ice burg at Carson cars. When the loan didn't work out like the sales man had planned they had some random guy that doesn't work for the dealership come and take the car in the middle of the night. With no warning, they never asked me to return the car once. I Had a meeting the following morning with Scott the finance manager to talk about in house financing. When I called Scott the following morning to ask him why they did this he had NO IDEA the car was taken and that he hadn't seen the car and this was news to him so an employee and his friend joy rode my car for days after the fact while nothing was being done.after numerous phone calls that day the story changed to they "repo'd" the vehicle and that this was my fault because I allowed jack to "work his magic" with the loan paperwork. When it was stolen by Carson cars it had my purse, wallet, cash, jump box and a list of other things in it. Scott refused to give me my $500 deposit back after only having the car 4 days and when I asked about getting my belongings out of the car he informed me that there was nothing in the car. as I went up to speak with him in person I was alerted that my debt cards were being used on evergreen way and Scott again refused to take any owner ship of the situation and tried to put it back on me AGAIN. He now will not return my emails or phone calls inquiring about the deposit or belongings. The cherry on top was getting a threatening text from the xxxxx of a sales man jack saying if I told anyone about the situation he would be back to my house to cause me physical harm as well as called me a fat xxxxx and other real intelligent remarks. The whole time I sat with jack he was drinking vodka out of a water bottle, during our test drive he sat in the passenger seat and proceeded to do drugs and then had the nerve to tell me if I told someone at the dealership he would have ME ARRESTED and no one would believe me anyways because "he can talk his way out of everything" after speaking with multiple people I am 90% sure the car was also a hurricane Katrina vehicle. the list of unbelievable xxxx this dealership has put me through is disgusting, if you are a single women, desperate for a vehicle go anywhere else because this place will literally only suck up your money and leave you high and dry. thankful i have screenshots,recorded calls and camera surveillance footage backing all my claims! ALSO , just found out the car I almost purchased and can't get my money back from was totaled out completely in 2016 and NOT A WORD WAS Mentioned TO ME !! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO EITHER. My next step is the owner directly and then my attorney's.

Car was sent to me with serious issues, and as soon as there was a problem, Robert & Mike avoided me and became unresponsive. They won't honor their "warranty" or make it right once something is wrong.
