GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE
I had the best car buying experience EVER. The salesperson was so friendly and so knowledgable about the ES350! While our trade in car was being evaluated, we were directed to an area that was like a small coffee shop---offering coffee (even cappuccino) and various cookies and pastries as a courtesy to their customers...we hadn't even made a deal yet!! They gave us what we wanted on our trade, AND gave us a great price on the ES350. Then we were taken out to our "new car" and Kathy went over EVERY ONE of the options on the car and all the buttons on the dashboard!! She made sure we had a good working knowledge of the car, AND she offered to drive to our house if we needed help setting the garage door opener....an 86 mile trip!!! I can only say that everyone we dealt with at the dealership bent over backwards to accommodate us. If you are shopping for a Lexus, new or used, check out Lehigh Valley Lexus.....it is definitely worth the trip!!

not a good experience.
The sales staff is very kind and courteous, they showed me the vehicle I came in for, and gave me no hassles. They included a 90 day warranty free of charge on the used vehicle I bought. The vehicle had an oil drip on the showroom floor. I noticed, and the salesman knew about it. That said, there was so much plastic under the engine, no one could tell what it was from unless the plastic came off. I made the assumption that they did a sloppy oil change since this is supposed to be a high end dealership, they wouldn't sell junk cars. What makes my review negative toward this dealer is the service I received when I tried to use the "90 day warranty" they provided me. For one week after I bought the car, there was an oil spot everywhere I parked. In the bitter winter cold, I took the plastic off, wiped off the underside of the engine and began watching for oil drips. After another week, so this is two weeks now; I took the car in to have it repaired. They tell me "I don't know how long you've had this vehicle, and it is not covered under the 90 day warranty since it is a power steering line and not an engine part" Well, needless to say, they wanted 250 dollars to replace 10 dollar o-rings. The "invoice" they gave me at pickup said 112.00 not 250.00, so someone is skimming the pot around there. The only thing saving this review is the salesmans wonderful service.

Our 90 day warranty is on the powertrain only. You elected not to cover additional items that were offered to you. We did not charge you for the diagnosis, so I am unsure of your claim that we wanted $250, then went to $112,and allegation that we are skimming.What can we skim if we did not collect any money? Regardless of the part cost, there is a labor charge to install, which is a standard with anything (washer/dryer, tv, oil burner,etc.). I apologies for any mis-understanding of your warranty.I think it's not uncommon of any vehicle with 145,000 miles to have some minor leakage.Thank you for your comments as we constantly seek ways to improve our performance.
Incompetent and not trustworthy
Took in my 2006 GS300 with an A/C problem in October 2011. It was under extended warranty. They said they fixed it and I put my car up for the winter (RWD), and drove my AWD VW Passat until Spring. This summer the A/C failed again, I believe because they made an agreement with the warranty company (Hendrick Autoguard from Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte) to do the bare minimum work. When I took the car back in they wanted to charge me $2400 for Lexus compressor, and $1400 for an aftermarket compressor. The warranty expired June 13. It was July 3, less than 3 weeks. Neither Lehigh Valley Lexus or Hendrick Lexus is willing to take responsibility for poor repairs or a warranty on a car that has less than 90k. The service manager (Jeff Whary) nor the general manager (Carl Hesse) will talk about the issue. I took my car back after contacting Lexus directly. Lexus will make the repairs, but that does not excuse Lexus of Lehigh Valley for arrogance and indifference.

Great Experience!
It was a great experience. Everything went smoothly and the buying process was a breeze thanks to Michael Templeton and Scott. I bought a used 2005 Lexus ES 330 and am very happy. They were very understanding and professional. It was a pleasure to do business with them. The dealership also went the extra mile in perfecting the car before we took it home. They made the process very easy and simple. I will definitely look for them when buying another car in the future!

Beautiful Dealership, friendly sales staff
We had a Lexus IS250 we needed to trade in due to a baby on the way and an SUV would be a bit easier with a baby. I found a couple online and contacted Mike Templeton. We drove up on a saturday am after confirming the cars were still available. We test drove the cars, sat down and there was ZERO pressure from Mike and his Manager Scott. They asked questions gave us an offer, we countered and discussed concerns. In the end we bought a RX350 and were in and out in about 2 hours. The dealer is very clean, they provided us with a comfortble area to sit watch TV and eat snacks while the paperwork was prepared. The car we chose had to be detailed and have a couple chips fixed so it wouldnt be ready the same day. When the car was ready, they brought it to my house and picked up our trade in. We couldnt be happier with the experience with this dealer. If you are looking to go there ask for Mike T. He was very friendly and helpful, we did not get that xxxxxxx salesperson feeling from him.

Truth-in-Lending
A friend and I drove an hour an a half to Allentown from Norristown to take a look at an RX 400h advertised on Cars.com with the intention to buy. The salesman was cordial during and immediately after the test drive, but lost interest after he went to the "finance room." I have a strong income and could buy the vehicle anywhere. The salesman came back with some bogus financing numbers and a nearly salvage, non-running offer amount on a trade that had good miles and no significant issues beyond the need of a good detailing. And worst of all, the saleman came back with financing numbers based on a 25%+ interest rate, but I discovered that the dealer never ran my credit even though I'd completed the credit app. I would never recommend Lehigh Valley Lexus to anyone.

We're truly sorry you were unable to purchase a vehicle from us. Since trade in values fluctuate, it is possible that either value, your or ours, was different than you expected. We would not legally be able to charge 25% interest on any loan:it is above the Pa. State limitations and therefore would not quote a rate so ridiculously high. I'm sure there was a misunderstanding somewhere. We would be happy to revisit the issue via email or phone in order to get clarification of each others terms. Thank you.

This dealership hooked me up! Gave me great trade value on my beautiful 01 gs430 with 130k. Got me into a great 01 bmw 740il with only 60,000 miles . Made it so easy for me to finally get a decent car after working hard all my life. I owe this dealership and mainly salesman mike t. Thanx a bunch, my wife and twin babies love it as much as i. I will revisit lehigh lexus from new jersey again
