After 2 weeks of browsing online used cars, I ran into the Lexus IS 200t from UI autos. Chris and J worked with me and we agreed on a price that's hard to beat compared to other sites. They communicated promptly and even took care of some minor issues I found with the car. I highly recommend UI autos and would definitely come back

Andre and his amazing team treated us like family the second we walked into the door. They didn't give me sales pitch or pressure me to buy. They fought to get me the best interest rate and payment. Had a great experience shopping with used imports auto. Chris the sales associate did a great job. Very respectful and courteous, can handle any kind of customer. Chris went far and beyond his calls of duty to satisfy me. I highly recommend him. UIA have variety of exotic cars with good price range. Give them a trial and you will be glad you did.

Their inventory is broad, but the quality isn't that great. The high-end vehicles are decently priced because they're not top notch. If you are willing to compromise on that end, you should be able to close the deal. I personally thought that they were fair on the appraisal of my trade-in, but would not move 100 dollars to meet me in the middle.

Not only was Chris Great to work with so was the Sales Mgr again very professional and attentive, these guys really stepped up they made sure I had transportation from the Marta Train station which I took from the airport, the vehicle I purchased was a 2012 QX56 very beautiful and runs great!! I drove it back from the dealership to my home in Baltimore and had absolutely NO PROBLEMS with it the vehicle ran Great!! I definitely recommend these guys for your next car buying experience for sure!

I bought the car of my dreams just to have their professionalism ruin the experience. I live out of state and tried to explain to them a simpler way of helping me obtain my tag in my home state. They told me to trust the process and everything would be just fine. Instead they sent the check for the amount they took out as sales tax to the wrong department in my home state. That mistake will cost me late charges for up to three months. I didn't haggle with the price & personally believe that they should try and do the right thing by canceling the check & issuing another one to the appropriate department. But I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. Maybe someone will respond to my review. Wish me luck!!!
