Beware when dealing with this dealership. Their ONLY concern is what is good for them. The customer is meaningless! After visiting the closed dealership to look at a pre owned vehicle on Sunday, I immediately contacted the dealer online to confirm availability. I received a written confirmation of availability from Winsome Schauer and scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning for 5:45pm that same evening. I then received a “customized” information packet via email from Luis Plaza, regional sales manager about the vehicle they knew I was interested in. On my drive to the dealership I got a call from Gabriel Cruz about the car I was literally driving to buy. Gabriel told me they had another customer on the car. I told them I was serious about purchasing the vehicle and offered to immediately put a down payment on the vehicle over the phone but was told I could not do that. By the time I reached the dealership I was met by Dwight Harrison, a former marine, so I will not speak on my interactions with Dwight out of respect for our military members. I was then approached by Daniel Martinez, sales manager who admitted that I should have been offered an opportunity to put a down payment on the vehicle. Daniel however was unwilling to do anything at all to honor the verbal commitment we had made to our appointment earlier. He repeatedly said “it’s first come first serve, and that I should have placed a down payment over the phone. I stated I offered to do so and therefore if things are in fact first come first serve this should be honored. He then told me that only applies to customers who are in person. I am sharing these details in hopes that if you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership these events don’t happen to you. I would also suggest you ask yourself if this is how you want to be treated when making a purchase of this magnitude? No one should expect to have such an unprofessional buying experience from a dealership that claims to have a respectable reputation!

I saw a listing on their website and asked for a quote and an appointment. The car was listed at $ 8,600 and also received a quote for the same amount. When I told them I would like to come and see, they said the car was not ready and asked me to come the next day. When i went the next day they increased the price to $9000, saying that they had to put some work in, and since I did not put any money that is the price I have to pay. Then why should they list a car for $8600 and quote with that price if they are not ready to finalize on the same? Daniel called and offered to honor the original price to make things right. The car was traded in, and I learned from the previous owner that he had handed over two keys and a starter. However, I was given only one key and was told that if they found the other key and the starter, they would give it to me. Hence, updated my review from 1* to 4* after the willingness to have the complaint addressed.

Consumer response

Not sure how a dealership can misplace the keys and a starter that was given while the vehicle was traded in. I did request them to search for the same and they are yet to find it. I did offer to buy a key assuming they can have it programmed for free but that was also declined. Also i just came to realize that the registration number and the plates i was given are also incorrect. Hope to have that correct ASAP.

What a horrible experience so please enjoy the read. They have attempted to remove my reviews so they can pretend they are a great dealership and stand behind the sale and customer satisfaction. Well here are some screen shots where you can see that they knowingly sold a car with damage, lied about it, didn't disclose it was a theft recovery, mechanical issues as you can see from the lights on the dash, vehicle arrived with over 100 extra miles on it from when I purchased it to transport picking it up from them and more! My 2024 Nissan GTR was purchased through Hoffman Nissan with Gus as my point of contact. Rest assured he will take great care of you lol "hiding the damage and playing the I didn't know card" very well. Vehicle arrived with damage in all locations listed on the transport pick up sheet before it even arrived to me with 100 additional miles on it at pick up. Damaged components, alignment off, rims all had damage , mismatched tires (advised by Nissan not recommended as it can cause transmission issues) what do you know .... needs a transmission!!! (diagnosed by a local Nissan dealer!!) Said it was an issue prior to me owning the vehicle as diagnostic reports show it! They are liars and thieves and I have all the proof I need to take action. I have tried to contact Gus Loukus who has some how disappeared and does not answer phone calls, text or emails anymore after he made his money on the sale and Micheal Lapointe is no better! They both know what they did and how they lied and hid the damage and sold it to someone out of state to make the deal happen. Not only that they never reported by issues since August/ September of last year to the warranty claims department and let their guaranteed satisfaction warranty expire and not make a claim. A real clown show you have at this dealership and unfortunately with multiple attempts to have them stand up and resolve the problem they choose to run and hide instead of standing behind the sale and their brand. It is sad that a consumer has to get legal involved to have their vehicle repaired to the condition they were told it was in. I have attached screen shots showing that management wants to know what I want ......and my simple answer was the items not disclosed as damaged or having issues repaired or replaced. To then be ghosted and just ignored. It's sad you have to threaten with legal or social media exposure for a company to do the right thing anymore! Guess matters have to be taken to another level and I will make sure not only that this gets resolved but that no other consumer has to suffer and buy hidden garbage from your dealership! If you decide you would like to step up Hoffman and replace the parts on the vehicle you sold me with hidden damage you know where to find me. BTW it needs a transmission as well. If legal takes this claim over your bill goes up quite a bit and I won't go away. So why don't you make the right decision and take care of your customer. Step up and do the right thing. I will make it my life's mission to make sure I keep all social media options informed of this as well as potential customers thinking twice about spending a dollar with you.
