Not real mechanics

We bought a Kia Forte brand new and got the "wrap" extended warranty. Lately out car has been stalling randomly while we're driving it, like in the middle of the road all of a sudden the engine goes off. Very dangerous. We drive grandkids around in this vehicle. We brought it to the dealership garage and they kept it for six days and finally called us to say that they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. It turns out all they had done was drive it around a couple times and checked the computer. Did they check the fuel lines/fuel pressure? Did they check the sensors? NO, the computer says the car is fine so it must be fine. Maybe they're not real mechanics? Do they think we're lying? This place is a JOKE.

Purchased a 2022 Kia Niro from Austin. Less than 3 hours at the dealership from test drive to leaving with our Niro. Austin and Irvin were great to work with and there was no pressure to buy.

We just bought a second car from Monroeville Kia.

We just bought a second car from Monroeville Kia. We bought a vehicle right off the truck and they spent 7 hours getting it ready for us to drive home. Not only that the general manager expedited the parts that we needed to charge our car. Everyone that buys a car from Monroeville Kia is treated like a VIP!

I Went with my wife to look at a newly arrived Electric

I Went with my wife to look at a newly arrived Electric Vehicle. Five hours later we drove home in a beautiful new car that had been meticulously prepped and financed (including a great deal on our trade in.) Everyone we talked with at the dealership was courteous and knowledgeable. We even received a patient explanation of the dazzling electronics. Awesome buying experience.

My salesman Austin was a perfect example of an automotive

My salesman Austin was a perfect example of an automotive sales professional. He works hard and puts the customer first. He made my first car buying experience a great one after it was ruined by the salesman Marlan who was horrible. Richard the sales manager and Austin are exemplary in their customer service and professionalism.

They're very knowledgeable about electric cars and didn't

They're very knowledgeable about electric cars and didn't try to pressure me into a gas powered SUV. They also didn't try to pressure me into financing rather than a cash sale. Accommodating the customer made the sale as well as the vehicle quality ,features and dealer inspections.

Anthony was awesome!

Anthony was awesome! Make sure to ask for him if you’re in the market for a Kia. I have been looking for a Telluride for a while and have talked to a lot of people, he by a huge gap was the most knowledgeable and informative person on the subject. He went out of his way and stayed after closing to make sure everything went perfect. You should do yourself a favor and ask for Anthony at Monroeville Kia for your next vehicle purchase.

MONROEVILLE KIA IS SUPREME

If 10 stars was an option, I would give them 10 stars. Monroeville Kia is supreme. I went for service and was treated like a VIP the moment I arrived. Unfortunately, I did not lease my car from them. The staff was friendly, helpful and kept me updated as my car was being serviced. A rarity especially since there were no problems. Everyone in the waiting room I spoke with had been long time Monroeville Kia buyers and had only the utmost positive things to say. Having leased my car at Century Kia, a horrible experience, I went to Monroeville for service only because I did not want to walk into Century Kia again. I can not wait until my lease is over and no longer have to think about Century Kia. The icing on the cake, because of Covid, I lost over a year of my lease not going anywhere. I am sorry I allowed myself to be intimidated into leasing a new car with Century Kia. As a woman, I pride myself on being a very independent, self sufficient woman but sure let my guard down when I agreed to lease the car.
