I'm so grateful that the service staff at Monroeville Kia was able to help me charge my car. The dealer that I bought my car from had broken chargers that would not charge my Kia.

Never going back.

We took our Kia Sportage in for it's checkup. We were told it would cost $1800 for brake work and a front bearings problem. Told it could not pass inspection. We decided to get a second opinion from another 4 star rated place. The car needed none of that work. The rotors had another year on them and there were no bearing issues. It passed inspection no problem. We are elderly and maybe easy targets. We love our Kia, but we don't drive very much these days. Curiously the car had no issues at it's last visit here not that long ago. We have hardly driven since then. We are still stunned by this experience.

Robert Y is an excellent salesman.

Robert Y is an excellent salesman. I bought my last two cars from him. He is patient, and above all else, honest. No tricks or gimmicks. The dealership is staffed with friendly people.

We were just looking and saw the perfect vehicle.

We were greeted right away. Only vehicle on the floor and it was just what we wanted. Salesman very knowledgeable and explained the vehicle features.

Wasn't sure if was going to buy out my lease or trade in

Wasn't sure if was going to buy out my lease or trade in for a new car,when I went in to return my lease. Marlan and Jeff walked me through my options and set me up with fantastic deal on a new Sportage. I highly recommend Monroeville Kia and ask for Marlan he will not disappoint you. Honest, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. I came from out of state and they even picked me up at the rental car place and moved the car seats around for me! They Definitely went above and beyond to be helpful. I would highly recommend working with Monroeville Kia.

Went to this dealership to test drive a new 2023 Sportage

Went to this dealership to test drive a new 2023 Sportage b/c they had one on hand that wasn’t sold yet. We had researched inventory online & called ahead. From the very first contact, we had a quick response and when we arrived, greeted cordially by a young man, Andrew. Andrew was very easygoing and listened to us first without diving into a sales pitch. Our intention was just to get an idea about the new vehicle, but the no pressure atmosphere changed our minds. Rich worked with us on our trade in and the value of trade in seemed fair. He also took the time to talk to us about finance considerations. Valerie in finance was efficient and got the documents wrapped up quickly in a friendly manner. Even a second staff salesmen, Jake, prepped & washed the car for us to take home. Andrew stayed with us till the end setting up our cells and going over features that were new to us. The gifts that were given with purchase were a nice touch. A good experience. I am absolutely in love with my new Kia and feel I was provided with excellent service! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. I feel so lucky that Will was able to get his hands on this car with it being so hard to get. I can’t thank Will and the rest of the team enough!
