Over the last several years put our trust into Chase Chevrolet to purchase and service our vehicles. We have had A experiences and F experiences. Unfortunately the more recent service experiences have been on a disappointing decline, which are the F grade experiences. We have been a proud owner of Chevrolet cars and trucks since 2005, all purchased through this dealership. We have spent nearly $20,000.00 on services, replacement parts, dishonesty and mistakes in just the last couple of years. Services on just one vehicle which continues to have unresolved issues. At what point do we just call it quits and go somewhere more reliable for the work and answers during/after the first service? There is no timely fashion in which we receive our vehicle back (last time 9 days and a rental vehicle for the last day of service) with little to no communication. There have been times where quotes are given and the budget is gone over by a large sum (and more recently by 1,200.00) If the work isn't done, it will be seemingly detrimental. So again we deplete our funds into this vehicle and we receive it back with the same unresolved issue and less to our name. My heart sinks when we bring it in because Chase has become more of a burden than a blessing. Sad and disappointed, a 1 star rating of the misplaced honesty and integrity to the value and loyalty of their guests.

Sales Person very unprofessional

Starting with we have shopped and bought new cars here and it was a great experience. This last visit with was horrible. Horrible display of professionalism from Robert Jimenez. Started of with Robert giving us a trade in value for our car 1500 higher than 3 weeks ago which is good but tells me last time he was not truthful. 2nd his comments of him saying he hates the public, especially there in Stockton. Comments that don't need to be said as part of the public. After Roberto "Beto". Came back with a paper stating he had all the numbers worked out. 1.He made his own assumption on trade off car. I was also surprised by rate he was giving us on the loan. I asked him if these were final numbers and he stated yes they were. I challenged him on the rate and the trade in pay off and very rudly he told me he had been doing this for many years and he knew what he was doing. This comment was said to me several times after I challenged him to show were he got the numbers from he came back apologiesing for his mistake. 3 mistakes on form he wanted me to sign and acknowledge. This got me upset and told him he really needed to be transparent and honest which I never got from him. I was willing to go back the next day because we really wanted a new car that was there and due to unrespectful way of treating his customers i wil no longer shop there. I gave several words of recommendation as how he should treat his customers and responded by he had never had an issue like he did. He did apologize as we were leaving but it was too late for me. Buying a new car should be a good an exciting experience not a salesman giving them crap and being rude...

I'd give 0 stars if possible I've had every issue described here and more this was my 5th model of Malibu i loved my Malibus but i guess its time to move on

Price online is not right.

price is so wrong and haven't been corrected after its said online error. I have tested one and willing to buy with negotiation after that. price been told that error online. wasted my time going there. should have call and confirm price first before going.

Very rude

Bad customer service. I would not recommend going here. These people do not know how to treat others respectfully and have bad attitudes. Hope this review helps others.

Experience was a refreshing change to previous purchases. Sales manager Tracy was out front interacting with customers. That was a major impact to my decision. The Sales consultant Patrick was excellent and went above to meet my family’s needs.
