At first I thought I was not eligiable for a vehicle. It also seems like I was given no choice of the type of vehicle I wanted. It was in the shop when it approved for me. I felt excited and I really did not think this through. The deal sounded sweet, and I signed everything, but I didn't test drove it. I was told that it will be delivered to me. After the vehicle arrived, it was not inspected. I was just dropped off. After I got home, I test drove it and the check engine light was on. After a few days later, it still was on. The dealer said, "Hey Barbara, go to Auto Zone, they will do a free diagnostic check and have them print it out and snapshot it to me". It has been weeks, I have not yet received my contract. What I do know is that my payments are extremely high, as if paying for a brand-new truck. I personally think Reliable needs to own up to their name and be "Reliable".
