It took them well over two hours to do the 1st service. I was told it would only take an hour. I also had oil on my driveway afterwards because they didn't clean up after the oil change.

This has been the most positive car shopping and purchasing experience I've ever had! Benjamin Henry (Ben) was super friendly and professional on the phone. He was easy to talk and wasn't forceful or pushy. I wasn't able to come on the scheduled day, but we rescheduled on a day that he wouldn't be there... which I felt guilty about, but he reassured me that I should go in and someone will help me out. I drove by the dealership to make sure I really liked the Chevy Traverse and meet Derek. He was informative and nice! When it came down to getting me qualified, Derek listened patiently to my dad's requests and answered in a professional manner. When I finally came in to attempt a purchase, John Lloyd helped me. He was super mellow and his calm demeanor put me at ease (with all my indecisiveness and car buying anxieties). He was super helpful and catered to all my requests to see different vehicles. He answered all my questions and my dads with detail and patience. Matthew in finance was also wonderful! He explained things in a way that I understood. The light-hearted banter made this experience feel more personable and not like I'm just another customer. Ben and John are amazing salesmen! I will recommend them to others! I will also recommend Reliable Chevrolet to everyone! Derek and Matthew were great too! Thank you all for a great experience and helping me get the vehicle I wanted.
