I just have to feel sorry for anyone that doesn’t care

I just have to feel sorry for anyone that doesn’t care about how they make a paycheck.. These guys operate in bad faith!!

Integrity is critical to large purchases. Now very much in question for this dealership. I'd strongly suggest asking ALL the hard questions, and using this example to ensure they honor their 'word', that for us didn't happen. We've been a Honda/Acura family for quite some time now. We're in the middle of buying a second car. We arrived on the lot at the Findlay Acura dealership in Henderson Nevada. We were there to see a UX 250h Lexus with a very neat wrap that my wife fell in love with. The sales man (Josh) was fantastic. He knew how much we liked the car. However, we made it clear we were in middle of closing on a home. To secure the car, we put in a deposit and were aiming to close on December 6th, just two weeks later. The dealership assured us the deposit would secure the vehicle. A true test of integrity... the question we asked ourselves, '... will they continue to honor the agreement?'. First sign of integrity, did they take down the listing? NO. We followed up daily. After just 3 days, with us anxiously waiting to close on our home purchase, we were informed the car was sold. 'Wait What?'. We only found out as we had promptly been following up every day. So the question is, if a dealership prides themselves with integrity, wouldn't a phone call have been placed before they sold it to someone else? Wouldn't they have taken down the posting? I received a receipt and received a deposit form outlining the agreement. So now the question is, how far can we and should we take this? At minimum for now, we're not happy and will tell all that we can integrity is an issue at this dealership. We'd like to understand how they'll remedy this for us. We're still in the market for a car, and found THE car, but now have to look elsewhere. Don't buy here if integrity and 'agreements' should be honored in your opinion. I understand opportunitistic and a dealership needing to make money, but come on, call us! We too are entrepeneurs we would have understood and/or put more cash on the line to hold the car. Again NO phone call received.

I went to this dealership and bought a 2004 Rsx.

I went to this dealership and bought a 2004 Rsx. I only have the car for about 10 days and found out later on the car has a problem with the 5th gear the car has a bad synchro, I told them about it and they never want to help me at all, they have me going back and forth there for nothing, I only want them to fix what is wrong with it but they did not even check the car, I get it its an older car but at least fix it before selling it, I went there to get it fix before it gets worse and literally was told nothing they can do anything about it, conversations is off and sent me home with out trying to see whats up with the car. You guys sold me a car that has a problem and didnt want to help me at all. I would never know the problem if I didnt speed up over 80 mph and a mechanic guy really told me what speed limit here trying to be a smart xxx, otherwise I wouldnt know, now I did and asked them to fix it, it seems like they didnt even want to touch the car or check.

Fast and professional… high recommended … A++++… service

Fast and professional… high recommended … A++++… service and parts is excellent… hoping to do more business here in the future. Edited: 31 July 2023. Bought a car from here, CPO Acura Integra. I worked with Melvin and a great finance team/finance manager. Patient and easy to understand, and they answered all my quesions/concerns. I would buy again from this location or any Findlay Honda / Acura.

Went to have my spare tire kit installed for my MDX 2020

Went to have my spare tire kit installed for my MDX 2020 Sports Hybrid which I wasn’t told had no spare tire (with this model) from the time I bought it. Learned about it only when my right tire blew while cruising in the heat of the day in Highway 95. Gus, the service advisor not only assured me that he’ll take care of it but gave me a big discount. He was accomodating and totally understood what my plight was.

Service was fast , people who work there are great and the person who checked me in the service department was great!! Sry cannot remember his name. This is my 3rd Acura. Love the car, tlx. Give thumbs up

Our service advisor, Mike Rodriguez is very knowledgeable, helpful, and a great asset to Findlay Acura. This was our 2nd time dealing with Mike and just as he was the 1st time, he was a pleasure to work with this time. We will be calling him in the future for our 30,000 service on our 2020 RDX.
