Dealing with Findlay was a great experience, I was searching for an Acura model that only Findlay had in inventory nearby. I called Findlay and started working with Robert Mirrer. After a little bit of negotiating, Robert, the Sales Manager, and I agreed on a price. Since I was coming from out of state, Robert wasted no time in finding accomadations for me. Upon arriving in town, Robert greeted me at the hotel I was staying at the next morning. Even though the deal for the car was done, Robert went above and beyond to be personable, respectful, and serving. Robert didn't just sell me a car, he took care of me! Robert made this car buying experience the best I've ever had. Months later, I'm still talking to friends and family about how wonderful Findlay was and how wonderful it was to work with Robert Mirrer, and Findlay. I will probably come back to buy a car at Findlay just to see Robert and chalk up to old times. Also Findlay gave me some swag after purchasing my car- very cool. Robert you are awesome, thank you and keep doing what you do. Thank you Findlay.
