I purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger RT from Servco Lexus. Jason Thai was my sales rep...and I have to say, it was THE BEST car buying experience I ever had!!!.....EVER!! I was treated with the utmost respect and treated fairly in every way possible. There was NO haggling, no back and forth banter that you usually get at every car dealer. Jason and Wes were spot on in every aspect of the procedure. The whole process took less than 2 hours and I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend buying a car, new or used from these guys!! Thank you Jason and Wes for an amazing awesome experience!!!!

I purchased my first Lexus and got me a RX350 FSport. Servco Lexus Team from the GM Charlie Wong to my sales agent Sean Son to finance Paul Lancaster, they all truly made me feel important and took great care of me. I never felt so valuable and full of gratitude from any other dealership I’ve experienced. They do go above and beyond and I am truly appreciative of them. If you are planning on purchasing a Lexus, see Mr. Sean Son. He will extremely take great care of you, and he is super hilarious that will entertain you while looking for the right car for you!

On 3/23/2021 I leased a new Lexus UX200. Called Andrew...
On 3/23/2021 I leased a new Lexus UX200. Called Andrew Yi who was awesome from start to finish. Worked with Andrew previously when I purchased a slightly owned CT 200. His friendliness and customer service is always top notch. I love driving my new Vehicle and hope Andrew is around in 3 years :)

Great smooth no BS transaction
Bought my wife a newer Camry and Paul made the transaction very easy. Gave me a good trade value and didn't press BS add ons like upholstery protection. Just a very simple straightforward deal. Will buy from again.

On October 23rd, 2020 I purchased a brand new Lexus...
On October 23rd, 2020 I purchased a brand new Lexus UX250h from the Maui Servco Lexus Dealership. All is fine with car, but the Lexus Remote Services App that was recommended to install on my iPhone never worked properly. Not a big deal, but something that comes very andy. I've been making phone calls to the Hawaii Servco Lexus and they told me to call the America Lexus. The America Lexus Told me that I need to call the Hawaii Lexus. By the way, the America Lexus Don't recognise my car VIN number, they have no record of it. This has been going on for four weeks now. The Customer Services agents were very courteous and trying to help, but nothing worked. Then I was given an appointment with the Maui Lexus service Dpt to bring the car in for a software update. I waited for approx 4 hours, and then told that the software need NO update because is has the latest update. This has been going on till this morning when they suggested to bring the car in again for another evaluation. I wasted a full day (I live an hour drive from the Dealership) last week, and now they want me to do it again....for what? They couldn't promise that it would be fixed....Are the paying me for my time? Of course NOT! I love this car, but I'm not happy with the way they are handling the problem. I'm very worry about the future services that i will need on it.
