Len Stoler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

purchased a Chevrolet Silverado from this dealership based upon the options that was offered. Well they falsely advertised two options. The Sunroof and leather seats. I agreed to purchase the truck without the Sunroof. On November 18 2024 I sent them a check for over $48,000. Only to find out there were no leather seats in the truck and I found this out when the truck was delivered to my home a week and day later. They sent me the title to the truck half filled out. I had to get my attorney involved and the BBB. The tag expired on the truck waiting on them to send the correct title paperwork. I live in Alabama and I purchased the truck in Maryland. I'm a firefighter full-time plus I work another full-time job. My attorney said Ms. Fitts if you can settle you may want to do so because the time you would have to take off. She said we would win, but it would be time consuming. So he only paid half for the leather seats knowing that the dealership falsely advertised. Steve Knolle is the general manager of the dealership and he's a LIAR!!! If you walk out of the door without totally closing your deal, Steve Knolle and Len Stoler Chrysler Dodge Jeep will not make it right ‼️‼️ Think twice before making a purchase here

They advertised a price for a “certified” Jeep. I requested the OTD price and it included 4k (above advertised price) for the CPO? That warranty can be purchased directly from the manufacturer for hundreds cheaper. Very shady dealer. IMHO
