Was treated as a long time customer

Treated like a long time customer even though I didn't buy the vehicle here and the problem was under warranty. Was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of problem.

Great service while you wait.

Took my Ram in for service and it was completed in a short time while I waited for it. I always get my vehicles serviced here.

Best sales man

Third time purchasing my car from Len Stoler. My experience has always been great. Always had the same sale person Wesley Watson. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Whenever your car needs go to Wesley Watson. He gets the job none no matter what.

Army Tank Green Wrangler

There were a couple hiccups throughout the process but the folks at Len Stoler made it right. Definitely worth the 80 plus mile drive. I thought the deal was fair and being a former Infantryman, there was something about the color Tank Green I couldn't resist. Love my Wrangler.... Would purchase from Len Stoler again.

Great buying experience

Great buying experience. Custom ordered a Jeep. Got a great price and top dollar for our trade in. Only issue was our sales person quit while we waited for delivery and we didn?t hear from the dealership for any kind of updates.

Taken advantage of

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealer. 1 new and 1 used. My main concern is with the second deal they offered me for a new car. I like that they didn't add any freight charges and the doc fees weren't too high, but I learned that they add all of that in to the finance part of the deal. The finance guy acts like he is a great neutral type of guy, but the deal he offers are really designed to make them the top dollar. I am paying 20% on top of the price of the car over the course of my auto loan on just interest. Be very slow to deal and walk out and calculate everything before signing anything including the offer sheet. They will dishonor the offer sheet if it doesn't favor them and will not honor it if it favors you more.

Great Service from the sales dept!

I had an unusual situation and the sales and finance staff at this dealership WERE wonderful! They went above and beyond to help me. I left with the car of my dreams and could not be happier. Sales and Finance - outstanding service!!!!!
