I was thrilled with the service I received from the sales person to the finance guy who invited me back to go over all the electronics for my new vehicle. He gladly spent over a half an hour going over everything I needed to know. I had a small problem with the running boards and they agreed to have me bring it back for a free repair, which I haven't done yet but I expect equally great service.

I brought my wife's Mazda CX-9 in for a oil change. Kayle let me know about an issue with these particular vehicles and the transmissions. Apparently they are very difficult to change the fluid in the transfer case. He asked if he could make it serviceable. Wasn't expecting to have him go above and beyond. I have had the oil changed multiple times at multiple dealerships and not once has anyone mentioned this to me. I suggest you take your car to Pacific Coast Auto Center for it's next maintenance. I was using the internet looking for a good used pickup truck and saw Pacific Coast's website with a truck that fit my search. They are located in Burlington and I'm located in Redmond. A long drive but well worth it. The salesman, Travis, was great to work with and the truck was just what I was after.
